Cannot read the encrypted content DRM with Win 7 - 64 bit and IE9 - 64-bit

I have a problem I have to solve...
Everything works fine with Firefox, IE7, IE8, Chrome, Safari on Windows XP 32-bit as 64-bit, except under Windows 7 64-bit with 64-bit IE9 and 11.3 Flash. 64-bit. In addition, it's working with Windows 7 32 bit with 32-bit IE9 and flash 11.3 32 bits.
After that the flash client is running a "loadVoucher (drmContentData)" for the license server, I receive, in response, error code 3303?
According to the reference of the runtime error, it says that the content is expired.

I know we have a known problem in the 64-bit version of Internet Explorer.
If the content expiration date is 2038-1-18 or later, Internet Explorer 64 bit version error 3303.
If this symptom fits your situation, try to rearrange your content with different expiration date and try again.

iTunes cannot read the contents of the iPod
On a model MC540LL/A iPod running iOS 6.1.6 I get this alert:
iTunes cannot read the contents of the iPod "IPod of Carl Carlson". Go to the summary in the iPod preferences tab and click on restore to restore the iPod to factory settings.
There is no summary tab or the restoration.
I have
Restore all settings
Erase content and settings
along with several others that appear irrelevant.

Cannot read the contents of the phone
My husband iPhone 6 has attracted 13 GB of data. I use my phone more it does and I only use 6. Something has been bad for months, we have both called Verizon and nothing has helped. I'm trying to upgrade his phone now and iTunes tell if cannot read the content and I need to reset the phone. I don't want to do it in case it is not completely saved.
He was frustrated with his phone for months, may not have music on it, full, etc...
I saw a solution in a similar thread, but did not want to download a 3rd party app to try to fix it. Waiting for people to apple to help me understand this. Thank you!

If you're still using OS X 10.5.8. That being the issue. iOS 9 requires 12.3.x and this is the notability on OS X 10.5.8.

The last back up, I've done was there a little more than 12 months and is an older version of iOS also so if I do a restore of the backup, it will be bad and lacks important information.
Since then, I upgraded my iMac to El Capitan and updated my iPhone to iOS9.3.2 (just be updated to 9.3.3 now)

Please see the comment by David Lewis21 in this discussion of the CSA. I have not tested its solution, I can't vouch for it, and I have no other information. Try at your own risk. If you don't want to take that risk, I suggest that you contact the Apple Support.

I checked my log, server details, and they are correct. I asked for the support of my server, but not luck. What should I do?
Thank you very much. I managed to resolve the issue. What I missed, is that I couldn't find the file because it was hidden. So it is visible in "terminal", I could easily follow the instructions to solve the problem. To view the files in terminal go to this link (for someone else):

I have no problem with the installation of programs on CD, listen to music, watch a DVD, or burning sensation. But I can not read the CD-Roma who were burned in other computers, and I recently bought a program that has been "customized" (IE professionally burned) and it won't work - the CD works perfectly on other computers, but not in my book. Cannot copy file: cannot read the source code or drive WINDOWS XP
I'm trying to transfer pictures on my old XP computer on an external hard drive. After performing a backup on the drive hard seagate WD I went looking for pictures on the external hard drive, and they aren't there. I went back on the XP machine and tried to copy the files to a CD but I get the message cannot copy file: cannot read the source code or the player. I can open images but cannot move it to another folder or copy and paste pictures anywhere. The photos are saved in an outdated version of microsoft's digital imaging software. Help, please.

I installed a CD using Windows Media Player AutoPlay as my default for audio CD the 1st song plays, but when I select the next song, I get a red X icon and an error saying the disc cannot be read and it climbs to the 3rd song. So, if I select another song, I get several red X icons on several songs. It happens with all prerecorded CDs that I install. The disks are clean and new and everything worked fine before, but I had my Windows Vista Home Premium reloaded recently. I don't remember if the player has worked properly for reloading. Why can it read well enough to still play some songs if it cannot read the disc. I'm getting confused. Can someone help me sort through this and help me make it work? I'm not too computer, so be gentle. Thank you... Dave
