  Blocks of gray, full browser width, have suddenly appeared on my site. I'm unable to select these blocks and therefore cannot remove them. They are repeated at intervals to the bottom of a page Web site. The gray stripes appear also from the ravages of playing with the filled boxes and whites of browser are filling must be.  Attached are jpg showing site with and without filling of browser.  Interestedly gray blocks do not appear when displayed in a browser, but the browser fill is intermittent, see link to the site.   Hello world. I solved the problem... somehow. By removing the account of Treasury Board and put in place again, TB has been able to sync with the files that were on Alpine. The ghost folder still presented (despite not existing not not on the Alpine site), but by changing the directory to the IMAP server of "mail" to "mailbox" the ghost folder disappeared. I found myself with records who have been named oddly (most likely due to the change of the name of directory) so when I changed the IMAP server directory to "mail" it reset my files with the way they were, with the exception of the ghost folder, that was no longer there. I'm not entirely sure why it worked, but in case someone else has a similar problem, I recommend to give it a try.

I'm the only user on my PC and I tried to uninstall it and using programs of cleaner files but to no avail. I'm afraid that it changes my files and folders because it has permissions to modify files and every time I have to refuse permissions that they reset.   I tried everything above, but ultimately I came short. Instead, I saved my precious files and then restore my computer to factory settings. It seems to have worked, but it was a lot of effort, unfortunately I forgot my log in then it will have to do.

• Vista Business 64 running Lightroom 2.0 cannot remove the FreeAgent Go USB external disk images

  I use an external drive FreeAgent Go USB for image storage. I have a XP machine who has no problem using Adobe Lightroom 2.0 for the deletion of images in the reader.  When I use my laptop with Vista Business 64 and run the same scenario with Lightroom to remove images, I don't want to, I get an error that does not allow me to delete.  I can download them to the desktop from the laptop and I'll be able to delete them then, but not directly from the external hard drive.  Is there a way I can do this using my Vista based computer laptop, or what I always switch the drive to my XP to achieve?  Thanks for your help.

  This error message only your getting EXACTLY (Word for Word)?  Have you checked the Vista Compatibility Center to make sure that Lightroom 2.0 and the FReeAgent Go USB drive are compatible with 64-bit Vista http://www.microsoft.com/windows/compatibility/windows-vista/Search.aspx?type=Hardware&s=FreeAgnet%20Go&page=2.  I could find several FreeAgent Go drives (I'm not sure you have) and all I saw were compatible, but I couldn't find Lightroom 2.0 (so maybe that's the problem - simply because that isn't on the list doesn't mean it is not compatible - only that is has not been tested and that often means it can be a problem).

  Have your tried using the standard Windows Explorer to erase the images of the player?  That work, or is it a problem there too?  If Windows Explorer cannot delete images, then try to use one of the following free products to remove the file/folder.  Unlocker to: http://www.softpedia.com/get/System/System-Miscellaneous/Unlocker.shtml or file Assassin http://www.malwarebytes.org/fileassassin.php (with or without forcing the deletion: http://www.mydigitallife.info/2008/12/27/force-delete-cannot-delete-locked-or-in-used-files-or-folders-with-fileassassin/).   Somehow, I have a directory called c:\windows\system32\%APPDATA%.

  Now, I get various errors of various different programs, saying that they cannot access %AppData%.

  I checked the registry and key AppData is correctly pointing to c:\users\chris\AppData\Roaming

  I can only assume that being \windows\system32 in %path% then the machine looks like \windows\system32\%APPDATA% rather than increase %APPDATA%\microsoft\windows\sendto in the correct path.

  I guess that this will be solved if I can delete the system32\%APPDATA% directory, but I can't.  rmdir will not work because rmdir he thinks there are files, del believes it is not all the files it.  Windows Explorer cannot delete or rename it no more.

• Windows 7, cannot remove the burn files after back to the top

  I have a 64 bit Windows 7 laptop. A year ago I started a return upwards to put on a disc. The backup failed at the time because I ran out of records to put on (had no idea that it would take as much!).

  Since then I tried to delete these temporary burn files from the F drive, but every time I click on the option, it breaks down and wrote files are used by another program. I went through and individually deleted most of them, but I still have a few huge to get the judgment and cannot remove the program (86), or on the desktop to the top, mean that they are used by another program.

  I burned a CD of all these left during the backup of files and that worked, but the files are still sitting in my drive F, I still can't delete the temporary versions... its taking a lot of space and I got the bsod a couple of times.

  I also tried folder in the start menu and delete the temporary files in this way, but it did not result in the F drive.

  I tried to rename the temporary files so that I could remove them too, but not to chance it.

  I have disc clean up all the time, this doesn't always help with the F drive.

  Your opinion would be appreciated!

  These languages have been added to my language bar yesterday somehow and I can't seem to remove them, they do not appear on the window of "input languages.

  I read somewhere that the addition of these languages and then deleting will allow them to solve, but it did not work.

  have you tried to go to your manage & Monitor tab and then access your vcenter and see if there are errors in saying vsphield id inaccessible. If there ar enone, you could try reconnecting to vcenter and also specify the credentials for vshield manager. And then you try to do the task.

  VMX has only a reference on virtual disk 1... There is no reference to VD 2 and 3.

  You can unsubscribe from the virtual machine--> restart services management--> re-registration the virtual machine and see if it works.

  Alternatively, you may create a new vmx:

  --> Unregister the virtual machine--> create new VM--> select "Use existing virtual disk" instead of creating the new disc--> point to virtual disk 1--> and follow the instructions in the wizard.
