  It seems that you could hit the bug: CSCug48583

  Sometimes when you import that a video Jabber allows of say 4.4 and 4.5. At this point, you can delete them both. However, if you create a template for the 4.4 and attempt to remove 4.5, you will get this error.  Bascially that all models of all versions of a specific device must be removed before the scheme can be removed.

  It s a bug, but no fix version is still defined.

  Sorry to hear that you experience these symptoms of msi.

  There was formerly a msi Cleanup utility, you can run to get out of this State, but microsoft it takes longer because of dangerous side effects.  Instead they now offer this troubleshooting page: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2438651.

  I just tried to run the MS fix it to the utility from this page which is a separate program that you download (direct link: http://go.microsoft.com/?linkid=9779673&entrypointid=MATSKB).

  I chose:

  1. Accept
  2. Detect problems and allow me to select patches
  3. Uninstalling

  The utility then gave me a list of my installed programs.  See if you can find Adobe Shadow and then see if the utility can uninstall correctly this way.  Once Adobe Shadow is deleted successfully, the installer of edge inspect should work fine.
