  There are many ways to resize your vector image. Once the image is selected, you can:

  (1) click and drag the scale tool (while holding down the SHIFT key to constrain the proportions)

  (2) click and drag on one of the handles of the framework encompassing (while holding down the SHIFT key to constrain the proportions)

  (3) type a new height or width in the range of transformation (ensuring that the proportion lock icon is selected)

  (4) a percentage scale determined with object > transform > scale

  I have a customer hosted outside the BC site. The form size is 220px wide. We receive a lot of spam without Recaptcha. I was happy to see the recpatcha Google option added to the Muse 20141. Is it possible to resize the recaptcha image so that it can fit in a form of thin width.

  There is no out of the box solution to resize the recaptcha in Muse. However, you can add a CSS custom code in the HTML code to the head section of the page to resize.

  I am trying to resize an image to a smaller size, but I keep losing the image quality. I understand losing quality if I was the bigger picture, but is there a way to make the smallest mage without loss of quality. Or at least a workaround solution?   Whenever you resize a raster image quality will be lost. It is more obvious when you enlarge it, but when you reduce the size you also lose the quality. This is due to the fact that the pixels that make up the image are resampled, and it isn't a "perfect" way to recalculate the. When you reduce the size of the image generally the image will look a little blurry and losing some details.   I have a lot of images I want to resize. The images are all rectangles and same size. I want the images to be smaller and square. Is there a quick way to do it with all the images at the same time?

  If your native images are rectangles and square, you must use the crop tool to get the defined areas. Otherwise, your images will appear distorted.  Unfortunately, batch cropping rarely works well less that all the images are perfectly framed and centered.  From my experience, cropping requires human judgment.

  That said, you can create a crop tool Preset (size & resolution) that can help further your workflow.

  Are you sure that it is a vector file?

  If Yes: embed him then comes white and select Remove.

  If not: Photoshop lets you remove white.

  I got a trial of Illustrator to see how it works for the inking of the scanned drawings. I watched some lessons online and ever come across a problem that I can't solve, so any help would be appreciated.

All the videos I watched on the gum, there functioned and if I just create a space with the form of the task and erase some of that, that works fine as well.   You should have traced ignore checked white. It seems that if you have duplicate paths.

  Or else trace so that the result is a battery. This makes for easier editing.

• Cannot view a PDF image on the page - Mac 10.6

  Hello

  Running an iMac with 10.6.8 and Indesign 5.0.4. Who wish to export a PDF as usual via file > export function. However, I get the error message "cannot display a PDF image on the page". "." No idea what it is and have never seen this error before. The only info on the internet reveals error code 0 x 2511 (9489).

  I deleted prefs, closed and reopened Indesign and even restarted the computer. I also re-related images in the document and even created a new document and set up the same thing, but still the same problem. Other documents Indesign studying further, always export correctly.

  The only ones that don't export are 2 documents, both giving the same error message. The two documents are those where a client sent a PDF file, I imported into both of them in a document, Indesign A4 2 pages (each PDF is 48 MB each) and then just added a text layer (using both) that is properly installed on the computer. I essentially have to 'day' dates of courses for the client and add PDF on the site, in all very basic.

  I tried to import a JPEG and PDF files in the file (replacing existing ones) and they export fine.

  All my software is legal and I exported this document before now in exactly the same file > export without any problem (under 10.5 and 10.6).

  Ok... I simply imported PDFs incriminated in Acrobat, optimized and reduced the size of the file that is re-imported to Indesign and export PDF works fine. So it seems that InDesign / PDF Export don't like the big imported PDF? I think that they were initially exported Editor, so perhaps that is the problem or a conflict of files somehow.

  Any ideas on the culprit? I Googled, searched these forums and Apple discussions and haven't found anything. Although I have found a workaround, I get large files to import and export. Thanks for any help

  Try opening in Photoshop and save it again here. If they have the direct type or other vector content re-record as Photoshop PDF, but change the extension to PDP to place IDS (that allows to change original work correctly).

  Sometimes the only resizing is not the answer because the
  the original size is different from the print size.

  You may need to crop photos to the size you want
  print to ensure that no clipping will occur. Cropping
  to a different aspect ratio will lose some parts of the picture but
  at least you have control over it.
