  I recently purchased a Qosmio F20-104 but cannot get items from Premier to work on it, I can load it on, but it shows 'serious error of closure.   I never ran before bridge was never interested, a lot of people seem to like it, but it came with GoLiveCS2 so I decided to give it a try. It seemed to find great, then I immediately got this window.

  There are actually two problems in the end.  I had to rename the file 00BE

  When the installation program (PremiereElements_11_LS15_win32.exe) try to
