  Screensavers

  Apple TV displays a screen saver when it remains inactive for a predefined number of minutes.

  Air screensaver shows beautiful videos of slow motion of the places of the world, upload to an online server, making the screen saver more engaging and dynamic. For the antenna, you can control how many times Apple TV check and download new videos.

  Change the frequency of aerial screensaver download. In settings, go to general > screen saver and select Download New Videos, and then select an option.

  Return by using Apple TV. When the screen saver is active, press the contact surface to get to some app have been previously using.

  If you choose my Photos, the Photos app opens. Follow the instructions to put photos as screensaver.

  Set the screensaver time-out. In settings, go to general > screen saver and select the setting starts after, and then specify a number of minutes. This indicates to the Apple TV to start the screen saver automatically if the unit has been idle for the specified time.

  Activate the screen saver immediately. Press the Home button to go to the home screen (if it isn't already), and then press the button twice.

  I use OS X 10.11.6 El Capitan on Macbook Pro with iTunes version 12.5.1 and just upgraded to iOS on iPhone 10.0.2 SE. There are 40 GB of storage available on the iPhone.

  All my photos are stored on my Mac and I always synchronize the albums selected using iTunes. Until today, I had nine albums (about 2000 pictures) synced to my phone. Just upgraded yesterday to iOS 10 and... cannot sync any additional album for my iPhone!   Do not help disable iTunes, Photos or even the iPhone and sync again. New pics added today to the former synchronized albums synchronizes all right.

  Is there a trick?  Or a problem of incompatibility between iOS 10 and iTunes 12.5.1?

  Good news!  Problem solved!

  First of all, I noticed that on my iPhone, WeChat (a good Chinese software equivalent to Facebook x WhatsAp) saw my fine albums, while the pictures couldn't!

  So weird, that I was convinced to try once more to bring my old file Photos Cache in my photo library, even if a new cache file is supposed to be created whenever iTunes syncs photos.

  For some reason, the last time I tried it did not work, but this time he did: my old cache file was now in my photo library!  I don't know what I did differently.  In any case, I sync my photos once more with iTune then open the pictures on my iPhone, half hoping to find my old nine albums back... and here they were!  Even my two additional albums were there, with all the photos inside!

  Problem solved, even though I still don't know what it was. Looking at other positions in the community in respect of 'Synchronization of Photos with iOS10', it seems that iOS10 there a problem that requires a sort of library discount at zero.  Thank you Leonie bear with me and try to reproduce the problem on your computer!  Information guide me to the solution. And I'm very happy that I can wait a few months before moving to the Sierra...

• Cannot open my photo album of t-mobile of their site.

  I have a new e-maching with operating system windows 7.  I have no problem logging into my t-mobile account and access to my information.  But when I try to open my photo album (photos I took with my cell phone and sent over the internet to my t-mobile photo album) it keeps taking me back to their connection.  I called them 3 times and they assure me that the problem is not on their end.  They can access photos without problem. They say that the problem must be on my end.  I do not have my pop-up blocker on, I'm sure it's something I do everything.  Please help please, if anyone knows what I have to do.

• Cannot select the photo on flickr

  When I press long to save a photo on flickr, rather than select the photo, it selects the first word of the text on the page (see http://www.flickr.com/photos/patrick-smith-photography/5497837887/sizes/o/). Here are the pictures that allow the download. Long pressure on Dolphin will record it. There is option click on the link to download it, but I hope in the future that Firefox shows the dialog box whenever something is downloaded, so I can name the file and choose the download location, instead of looking for the file, rename and move. But first there you select photo. I really don't like if it works in Dolphin. I use a lot of design & photo of the sites that use flash on the opening pages & have no mobile version (or app for iOS). So would really appreciate if Firefox could know that I'm trying to save a picture and no text and at some point let me manage the download at that time, rather more later in the file manager.

  I can't delete a photo album of the photos on my ipad 2.  The album was created in iphotos on my macbook air and synced from itunes.  All my photos on the macbook were imported to 'photos' and the album I want to remove my ipad does not exist on my macbook, not more.

  What I'm supposed to do is sync my ipad with itunes and delete the album in iphotos.

  Have recently copied to iTunes and pictures libraries in external hard drive. Both apps work well on iMac, on iTunes Apple TV is fine but unable to select Library of Photos from external hard drive via iTunes / folder / Home sharing / choose photos to share with the Apple TV. Can see the drive and can select iTunes folder but cannot select the photo library (in gray)

  To view a Live Photo (which shows the Live Photo badge in the lower corner on the right) on Apple Watch, open the Photos app, and then tap and hold the picture.

  Need Photos to be synced an album on your iPhone online, but not my photo stream, which does not work with the video.

  If your Photos Live not fully synced to your watch, try the following steps:

  • Make sure you have selected a photo album containing pictures Live:
    • On your iPhone, in the application of the watch, go to: My Watch (tab) > Photos > Album synchronized > choose an album containing Live Photos (but not my photo stream).
  • Check that Bluetooth and Wi - Fi are activated on your iPhone:
    • Settings > Bluetooth.
    • Settings > Wi - Fi.
  • Make sure that your watch is connected to your iPhone:
    • In the time display, glisser drag upward on the face of the watch, then swipe left/right for the look of parameters.
    • Check if your watch shows connected and shows a picture of a green phone as a status icon.
    • Disable airplane Mode if it is active (press airplane Mode to enable / disable).
    • Slide down once again to exit the looks.
  • Restart your iPhone and your watch. Close the two devices together, and then restart your iPhone first:

  Photos stream from your computer to Apple TV

  Once the home sharing is set up on your computer and on Apple TV, you can use iTunes for photos of stream to your home theater system.

  1. In iTunes, choose file > home sharing > select the Photos to share with the Apple TV.

  2. In the window that appears, select Sharing Photos From and choose a source from the context menu.

  3. Do one of the following:

     • Choose "All photos, albums, events and faces."

     • Choose 'Selected Albums, events and faces', and select the items that you want to stream.

  4. Click on apply.

  For more information, refer to the installation Guide for the Apple TV.

  This article says it's iTunes 12, but I have confirmed it also works with version 11 more. Once you have set up iTunes to share your iPhoto with your APPLETV library go to your Apple TV and go to settings > screen saver > Photos > then in the article titled "Computers" you should see your library here and can choose which albums to use as a screen saver. Once you choose the pictures, you should be all set.

• Cannot select photos from the Photos app

  Whenever I want to download pictures on iMovie, Facebook, by selecting a new wallpaper etc when I go to select my photos of Photos (which replaces iPhotos), none of my photos or photo albums can be viewed or selected.

  There is a buffering icon indicating that something can be load but no matter how long I leave it without photos appear.

  I noticed only to happen since I have updated to OS X 10.11.5
