  Question 1: Acrobat could not send DDE command

  Try to launch acrobat in safe mode, follow the steps:

  a. press on and hold the SHIFT key and double click on the acrobat icon and open a pdf file.

  b. If it opens without crashing after about 15 seconds, then you have a faulty plug in, locate and remove it from your plug-ins folder.

  c. to remove the plug-ins, you can contact the Support of Acrobat

  Question 2: Adobe air download does not last

  You can try to Uninstall and reinstall the program.

  If the application is able to send and receive UDP traffic in the BlackBerry Simulator, but not on a BlackBerry real pocket computer the first thing to check is to check that your carrier supports.  Several carriers do not support UDP traffic or restrict to specific ports or data types.  This can cause exceptions or make it appear that the application will silently fail (carrier is just dropping packets).

• Cannot delete the Podcast factory

  I just bought a new Sport Clip from Best Buy.  I've updated the firmware, then went on the removal of all the music files and podcast which are preloaded on it.  In Podcasts, I met a folder and a file that I can't delete: the record is "..!.» 0 "and the file is ' EARTHS ~ 1.P3.»

  When I try to remove the Windows Explorer application folder if I really want to delete it, I say yes, then nothing happens.  When I try to delete the file I get the error "invalid or too long file name.  I can't rename it without getting the same error and I can't remove it.  I tried to remove it using the firmware (by selecting the file on the Clip, hit the 'Options' button and removing the track), but it cannot read the file because the "file format not supported!

  I have 2 questions:

  1. How can I get rid of these things?

  2. why SanDisk settle not supported, indelible stuff on their products?

  If you format the drive by using the menu of the player, it will get rid of all the songs and podcasts stored on the drive.

  Then, you can reconnect the drive and reload your music.

  Shortly after opening the package, I format a Sandisk player using the player's menu. Settings, Control Panel, format. It gets rid of all the music sample and podcasts on the player.

  Well, my email has been working well for weeks... until a few hours ago.  I'm on a brand new Sony Vaio running Windows7.

  I use Windows Live Mail as my email client.  All of a sudden I recvd the error messages seen below.

  I have studied the problem and the solution.
  The results are displayed below.

  IF YOUR INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER IS
     ATT OR SBC GLOBAL
  AND YOUR EMAIL CLIENT IS
     WINDOWS LIVE MAIL
  AND YOUR OPERATING SYSTEM IS
   WINDOWS 7 HOME PREMIUM
  AND IF YOU CAN RECEIVE MAIL
  CAN NOT SEND to MAIL
  BE SURE TO CHECK THE FOLLOWING SETTINGS:

  Outgoing (SMTP) server port should be 587
  and CHECK the box that says "my server requires authentication".
  Do NOT check the SSL box.

  Click APPLY at the bottom, and then close the Windows Live Mail program
  and then reopen it.  This should send messages in your Outbox (as appropriate).
  To speed up this process, you can click on the SYNC button on the MenuBar at the top of WML.

  If there are no messages to send, compose a new message and send it to yourself.
  You can click on SYNCHRONIZE to watch status box open and show you if it sends.
  Check also sent box and Inbox for sending TEST msg.

  * also, if you have been told by AT & T or SBC GLOBAL who to check your email on the internet you must go through Yahoo.com and enter your full e-mail (att.net OR sbcglobal.net) and enter your log in password, then your email POP3 and SMTP settings must also include the following:
   
    INCOMING (POP3): pop.mail.yahoo.com
  OUTBOUND (SMTP): mail.yahoo.com

  I have not used my ipad in a few months. I try to use the podcast app. When I click on the search icon all the getting is a blank page. I searched the forums and found nothing useful. I tried logging into my account and return to and electric bike. What wrong with this app?

  IF a reset did not help, try restoring from a backup, encrypted iTunes. Probably you need to update your iOS software, too.

  Reset: hold the Home and Power buttons until you see the Apple logo (10 to 20 seconds).

  If this does not help, you may need to restore your iPhone.

  It takes really copy and paste the full error here to all possible assistance.

  You can always scan the document on your HARD drive, in My Documents for example and then attach it to an e-mail.

  Oh I'm sorry!  During the process of switching devices, there were 2 BIS accounts, set up... an active with each other with the storm... and WE fixed the error and we were able to send the guest with success.

How the * is that it will get to my email? I don't have a login to my email. I use a shortcut on the lower tray to open it. You're talking about not intuitive. Why can't they just leave things alone? No one at Microsoft ever heard the expression "if it is not broken, don't fix"? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

• Cannot send the Dolby Digital XP on Satellite P100-347

  The problem I have is that I can't get the Dolby Digital to send from my laptop to my amp, apart from the use of the library. I have the portable (Tosh P100-347) connected to my amp via a SPDIF cable.

  Basically, in Media Center, I am able to change the settings, so that the amp captures the Dolby Digital signal, during playback of a DVD from the laptop, however, I am unable to get this transmitted signal during playback (HDTV) videos that are stored on my laptop. I know they are encoded with dolby digital.

  Also, if I use another player media, such as media player and media player classic, I'm not able to get the signal digital dolby conveyed either.

  I took a quick glance and think I have changed what is necessary, but still can't find anyway to do. I would get this sort you like playing HDTV content from my laptop and also play the latest games in dolby digital when available.

• Cannot send the email from the IPHONE

  I've always been able to send an e-mail from my account on my Iphone until today Apple when he stopped without changing me anything knowingly.

  I tried to disable the Wifi in case our network guys had played with something and a test email, I sent a few moments ago has now gone he took forever. Emails sent with the Wifi turned on just won't do it. I'll try that, when connected to a wifi network, but this isn't looking good.

  I don't want to reset the phone to default settings. I tried to remove the Icloud account - makes no difference. Emails sent on the device other e-mail accounts send without laptop connected wirelessly or through data problem.

  Note that this is on a 6 IPHONE not a Mac.

  An error message will appear after a very long period of 15 minutes or so, saying "connection to the outgoing server" p23 - smtp.mail.me.com ' failed. " "Additional outgoing mail servers can be configured in settings > Mail, Contacts, calendar".

  Any help is welcome.

  The simplest solution is to remove the iCloud email account, restart the phone and adding back.

• BlackBerry Smartphones cannot SEND the SMS messages on 8130

  Here is my story:

  1. I've upgraded to a Blackberry Pearl 8130 pink in the beginning of the year.   My carrier is Verizon.

  2. recently (a month ago) a friend sent a text message to me of his new phone.  I tried to text back, but received a big big red X indicating that my message isn't getting through.  Specifically, when I opened my message, the error says, "State of the Mobile equipment has failed."

  3. I went to Verizon.  They did something where I think that they took me off the network and then get back on.  There is nothing.  She wanted to make a hard game on the phone, but I had not backed up my data again.

  4. I went home and my data backed up and returned to Verizone about a week later.  I spend more than an hour in the store.  The gentleman who helped me was on the phone with someone (no doubt technical support) nothing works.  He was ready to order me a phone replacement, but after further discussions with technical support, they thought there was a problem with the network, not my phone.  I went home with a case number.

  5. the next day same Verizon called.  They said it wasn't a network problem and it was my phone.  They would send me a replacement.

  6. I received my replacement phone a few days later.  I was anxious to get it set up, but the results were the same.  I have not yet returned to Verizon.  I thought I'd try everything here first see if anyone had any ideas.

  The bottom line:

  I CAN send/receive emails.

  CAN I send an MMS message.

  I CAN receive text Messages.

  I can't send SMS messages.

  Thanks for the reply.  I happy to point out, however, that the problem has been resolved by Verizon!  It has never been my phone, that's why the replacement was a mute point.  Anyway, here is their answer (in case someone else has this problem):

  Sandra, we reviewed your account and coding in any of our servers.  We believe that we have found the problem and fixed it.  We ask that you update your PRL (preferred roaming list) by calling the * 228, option 2.  Once completed please test your ability to send text messages.

  I'm just glad that the problem has been resolved because my frustration was very high.
