  Using an Omni 10, earlier, I put my thumb on the windows logo, holding it on the logo, I reached back and hit the down volumd.  the less luminous screed and immediately come to the top.  I then looked in photos and there is a new folder called screenshots, and the screenshot of this thread is here.

  I can confirm that the key combination is turn down the Volume + power using the buttons on the side of the slate 21.  You must make sure that you press exactly at the same time and hold them for about a second, as described by others in this thread.
