Cannot update and or uninstall Acrobat Xl
I have windows 8.1 and Acrobat Xl that I downloaded when I bought my Dell a year and half ago. The program works, but it is not allowing me to install updates or even uninstall the program.
always tells me "Error 1324. The path C: or volume is not valid. Please enter again"
Can anyone help?

Cannot update, can't uninstall, help
I can't update creative cloud (remains at 2% update and says unable to connect to the server) so I tried to uninstall to reinstall as a method of fixing. Every time I'm about to uninstall I tells me that I must close on another instance of the program before uninstall can operate. I can't find the other instance and am currently blocked. I use Windows 7 and I can't uninstall all programs through the App.

Windows cannot update and cannot install Office
I can't install Office on my computer (Vista). I tried to do the cleaning of the .net, but it did not help. The computer can also install updates (error 80072EFE 80200053, 80244020). The two problems are related?
I tried reset Windows Update and about half of the 92 updates have been installed (it did not update since June 2009), but the rest failed. I removed Mcaffe, well before its expiry, so this isn't the problem. What else can I try?

I am running Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit. Firefox said that my plugin Adobe Acrobat was outdated, so I've updated. It uninstalled my Adobe Reader Version 11.0.12.18 and replaced it with Adobe Acrobat Reader Version 2015.008.20082 DC. I did not like this program, and more I read there are still bugs in there. I uninstalled the program and reinstalled Adobe Reader Version 11.0.12.18. I went into the menu of options of Firefox under applications and changed the options Adobe to use Adobe Reader as the default application for PDF files. It is a safe choice, or should I leave Firefox dictate what PDF program I use? I am concerned about safety issues. Any opinions?

In my opinion, you can trust Adobe to keep the series XI Reader updated for awhile. It is completely safe is impossible to know, given that vulnerabilities are often discovered and kept secret.

I get error 1648, no sequence and the last update, I downloaded will not be installed. The resolution is supposed to be uninstall acrobat reader and start over.
but the page control uninstall program won't let me uninstall acrobat reader either. He said as no sequence.
So, Adobe doesn't have a program to uninstall acrobat reader that seems to be corrupted? I can still read the pdf, but I can't install the latest update to Acrobat Reader.

If you have purchased Adobe Acrobat Pro DC as an upgrade, then a serial number of the previous version which you have like Acrobat X or XI. If in the case where you have not bought one of these in the past, then you must buy Acrobat Pro DC as full version (US $449.00).

Try to uninstall Silverlight with Revo: http://www.revouninstaller.com/revo_uninstaller_free_download.html mode advanced that sometimes helps when normal uninstallation methods fail.
