• Futura-cannot use / install on Windows 8.1?

  I have a family of Futura, including 20 fonts (all ttf files).

  When I try to install to use in Photoshop CC2015 only 10 of the 20 installed are available.

  When I go to my fonts installed in Windows I have show only 5 of the 20 (weird?).

  Hello. I've always said that drawing with my bamboo create & Touch was good, but was not the same as the drawing in real life. Actually, that brings me a lot of problems, because even if it is good, is good enough for me. What happens to me when I use the Flash, but when I use Photoshop, it's much better! It's almost like real life. Is there a way to export information/setting/preference tool in the Photoshop brush (something like these things) in Flash?

  Lol but you can create graphs completely in Photoshop and import them into Flash. You can also very easily with the right button on a bitmap in your library and "Edit with Photoshop". Whatever you do, if you save it, goes-automatic update in Flash.

  Flash is not designed to create elaborate bitmap graphics. It is preferable to the vector, but none of those really all use the tool that is designed for it. Flash is generally what is used to take over media and mount it in an animation or application.

• Cannot use Kubota Photoshop CC 2014

  I do most of my editing in Lightroom, but still do some things in Photoshop using the tools of Kubota. I've recently upgraded to the new Photoshop CC 2014 but can't install Kubota with the new version. I contacted Kubota and they said if I can download Photoshop CC before the most recent update I should be able to always use the palette, but I can't find a way to go back and get the older version. What I really do is to simply upgrade from versions CS4 or CS5, CS6, but I can only find options on the Adobe site to get CC. hoping someone can help. I thank very you much in advance!

  I added my printer to eprintcenter when installed, but the eprintcenter want me to add a printer again and it is strange! Now I am not able to download apps because I can't add a printer when you need a password for it, and I used that several days ago, when I installed the printer. So what I do now?

  Hi, Anja, yes I'm afraid it's true. The availability of the applications print depends on the region of the world you are and the model of printer you have. The Billboard on your printer model is not able to display applications, and that's why you get this message.

  However, it is capable of ePrint and so you can use it to send emails from any device that has an internet connection from anywhere in the world and they will print. Unfortunately, if you won "t be able to use print applications inside HP ePrintCenter.

  Lightroom 5.7.1 is the latest version that is compatible on 32-bit computers.

  LR 6 serial number will not work for LR 5.

  Lightroom version 5 S/N is the separate serial number.

  In this case, you will need to contact the Support from Adobe and to return the product if you do not buy 64-bit computer and see if you can buy 5 LR.

  Steps to follow:

  To re-create the Photoshop preferences files, start the application while pressing Ctrl + Alt + Shift (Windows) or command + Option + shift (Mac OS). Then, click Yes to the message, "Delete the Adobe Photoshop settings file?"

  Hi, I have a photo im working on, which includes a part of another image as a layer above it... When I try to use the brush on the top layer, brush painted on the bottom. What I am doing wrong?

  Make sure you are on the layer you want to paint by clicking on it, and it will highlight. Other than that, make sure that you use the standard Brush tool.

  Is your operating system 32-bit or 64-bit?

  FYI, Premiere Pro is a 64-bit application and does not work on a 32-bit computer.

• Problem with Photoshop CC on imac when I use the large brush

  Hi, I have recentrly bought an imac and I installed Photoshop top. I tried the performance and something strange happened; When I use a brush/Eraser large (or other tools that require a size) the entire screen become black for a moment every time I move the mouse or I press the space bar and once it crashed and I had to restart the imac. My imac has a 4 k resolution, processor i7 and iris intel graphics pro 6200. Is there a way to solve this problem? Thank you in advance. ISS

  Could you please for the preferences in Photoshop, click the performance tab.

  In there, please uncheck the option "use graphics processor.
  Restart Photoshop and then try and use the brush and let me know if it happens again or not.

  You can install and activate the perpetual software (purchased) two computers on the same platform (mac or pc), as long as you don't use it on a facility at the same time.

  If must not already be used the software on the first computer, deactivate the license on this computer - How to disable the software.  This allows it to be installed on another computer to any.

  If you no longer have access to the computer and your software is still supported, you can ask the Support from Adobe that allows you to disable the software. Have your serial number or Adobe ID ready, then contact us.
