  I'm trying to calculate the distance between two images (A and F - there are other images between A and F), but I can't seem to understand how to make good sense.

  Image A.x is "(stage/2)-(A.width/2)" and the image of F.x is "provable - imgSpace" which is a negative value (all images x is a negative value for image A.x). "

  In my view, the calculation is F.x - A.x, and although it could be good I still ned the value to be non-negative.

  Does anyone know how to do this?

  I tried to set up a direct parallel connection between two computers in Windows XP. I have the right cable (CAT 5 Ethernet connection) and you can set up the connection on my own laptop, but when I go through the installer on another laptop it create new connection-establishment of advanced connection--> when the next window opens asking me to choose between "accept incoming connections" and "connect directly to another computer" (which I need to select) for the second option is grayed out and not can not be selected.

  The same thing happens when I try to implement the same connection between my laptop and the desktop we have. All of these computers are running on Windows XP service pack 2. I really need help with this because I'm about to start pulling my hair.

  I found myself with the same issue - although, for me, everything was working and then stopped at random...

  Since there is no useable answer to your question here, I begin troubleshooting me...

  What I found was a simple enough solution which seemed to reset the internet connection in desktop mode:

  1. to reveal desktop mode from the menu of charms (roll mouse over the right side of the screen)

  2. Select the charm of "settings".

  3. Select 'Network' in the parameter options

  4. right click on the network, you're connected to, and then select "turn sharing enabled or disabled.

  5 turn on network sharing

  This should reset your internet settings and retrieve your desktop mode in the loop...

  I have a scatter chart. Its the y-axis AutoScale property is set to false. The major and minor axes are by default. Interval is set by default.

  When draw the graph divisions displayed on the axis are defined according to the range provided. Sometimes, the interval between the major divisions, that is exactly what is defined in the Interval property and sometimes this isn't the same thing. As mentioned in the help the AutoScale property is set to true, sometimes by himself in order to avoid the congested labels.

  What I find is the distance beween two major axes of the value axis, as the interval is not the same as set in the property.

  Kindly let me know how to calculate the interval.

  Replace yAxis1 by what is called your axis y on the scatter graph. If you don't know what it is, right click on the axis are the scatter graph, and then select Edit YAxes. Then a box will appear and you can see how it's called in the members section.

• RVL200 - cannot use Office remotely through firewall

  I bought this RVL200 a couple of years and put in place in a small office.  I had the configuration work that I can use VPN SSL to establish a tunnel to secure my home, at the office, then use the remote desktop client from my home PC to run the host RDP on any PC on the LAN Office.  Unfortunately, the RVL200 started doing something strange and I had to reset to factory default settings.  Now, I can't get the settings right so I can use Office remotely in the same way that I was using previously.

  My PC at home, I can connect to the RVL200 to the functions of "remote management".  When I create a VPN tunnel from the same computer to the RVL200), it SEEMS to connect in the same way, what he has done.  I can see the "lock" in my system tray and I also see a log on the RVL200 entry that says "user login successful."  But (once the VPN tunnel is go), when I try to start the RDP on my home PC client cannot connect to the host on the LAN desktop RDP.

  I could probably "work around" the problem using port forwarding on the RVL200 (forwarding 3389 to my computer ' target')... but I don't want to do that.  I want to be able to access the ONE of PC LAN via RDP (as I did before).  I'm sure I'm missing a few critical configuration settings, but I can't understand what it is.  Any ideas?

  The settings currently on the RVL200: gateway mode (looks like maybe this should be the router, but I don't know?-the ADSL modem is a speedstream something thing-or-other); RIP with disabilities; No port forwarding; DHCP enabled, all "general firewall" settings are turned on - with nothing blocked. I have "authorized" port 3389 to the WAN interface for a range of ports that includes my external IP address (source = this range of IP addresses - destination = no matter)... I think that these are the key parameters.  The phone line enters the DSL modem, which is then connected to the RVL200 which then connects to the LAN switch / hub.

  Any help would be greatly appreciated!  Thank you

  I finally figured it... I changed the router LAN IP address by default - put it on a different subnet.  To enable connections VPN work I had to change the range in the virtual path to the same subnet.  (I thought it would be something pretty basic!)

  We seek to transfer data between two excellent sheets (Office 2003). Two excellent books are on different PCs running windows server 2003 and office 2003. The two PC's belonging to the same workgroup. One of them being run by Siemens PCs 7 process control system. I have ensurred running on both PC Netdde.exe. When excellent both books are on the same server they connect perfectly. When I run the client excel book on the other Pc (without changing something in the formulas of cells) the connection is lost. The DDE connection is approved on the PC server and this connection permission is full control for everyone. What is perhaps the reason for this problem? I think I missed a point. Can I get help for this. Thanks in advance for you.

  As AirOnSkin said, what you have done is insanity!  It is allowed to import registry keys select sometimes from another machine, but try to import the complete record from another machine is a complete madness!  Also note that you can not export or import the complete record in .reg format, if you want to try this kind of radical surgery, you have to export and import files such as hives, that kind of thing is used only as a last resort, drastic or desperate and you would usually only select rather than the entire hives of the registry.  To do this you would usually copy hives and from the system32\config folder and proceed as follows while Windows is knocked out.

  You can try to do a system restore to a point before you created this mess.  If the system restore does not work, you can manually restore the registry to a previous date:

  2. the new drive has a different product key for XP operating system installed on the desktop IBM?

   

  If the disc XP Professional nine and a key of different product, then you can install the computer with the Windows Vista operating system in a dual-boot configuration.
