If it exists, you can find it on the Canon website.

But you don't need. You ever need connect your device directly. Just buy a USB drive to SD card (or any form of memory card your camera uses). They are very expensive - generally around 2 US $ on Amazon.com - and are very easy to use. I find them preferable to connect the camera. on the one hand it does not use the batteries of your camera.

  • Canon PowerShot SX110 IS Camera__ 9MP digital

    Hello

Canon PowerShot SX110 IS digital camera 9MP
Sample SDK PSREC DSK does not not under Vista/windows 7

    concerning

    John

    Hello johnindia,

Try to install in compatibility mode:

If the program is not compatible, then you try to install and run the program in compatibility mode.

    Use the following steps:

    (1) right click on the program

    2) click Properties

    3) click on the Compatibility tab

    (4) select run this program in compatibility mode and select Windows Vista or other operating system, the program has been run successfully.

Check out the link here: make sure to run older programs in this version of Windows

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/make-older-programs-run-in-this-version-of-Windows

If compatibility is not successful, then try and self-test program compatibility issues:

    1. open the program compatibility problems theStart button.

Then click on Control Panel. In the search box, type troubleshooting tool, then clickTroubleshooting. Under programs, clickRun done for previous versions of Windows.

    2. follow the instructions in the troubleshooting.

If you are unable to install a program, insert the installation disc for the program and, using the Troubleshoot utility, navigate to the program setup file, usually called Setup.exe, Install.exe, or something similar. This utility is not designed to work on programs that have an .msi file name extension.

If you are running Windows 7 Professional or Ultimate version, install Windows Virtual PC and Windows XP mode (http://www.microsoft.com/windows/virtual-pc/default.aspx) and run your software in Windows XP.

If you run Windows 7 Home Premium, try VirtualBox (www.virtualbox.org) or VMware Player (www.vmware.com), or any other software virtualization part 3rd and install a separate copy of Windows XP (family or professional edition) for this purpose. You can find the virtualization software free that will run on Windows 7 Home Premium.

    I hope this helps.

  • Canon PowerShot S200 digital camera 2.0MP

My Canon PowerShot S200 digital camera 2.0MP does not work with Windows7.  I can't find a driver for Win7 from Canon site.  Am I out of luck?

Canon Power Shot S200 is marked as compatible with Windows 7 Compatibility Center page. as you note, however, is not.

But suggest to install the Vista driver. Canon support website has no such driver. The latest driver for the S200 seems to be XP. I tried to run this driver in compatibility mode, but nothing helped.
    Any other suggestions?
    Thank you!

The camera is about 5 years old & worked fine with windows XP, I installed the disc that came with i but now it will load all the photos. Thanks for your help.

    Hello

It seems that there is no driver for Windows 7. The driver can be included in Windows 7, or you may not need to pilot.

    See the link.

Try to install all updates for Windows 7 and check.

  • Canon PowerShot S330 digital camera 2.0mp driver

Does anyone find a Windows 7 driver for the Canon Powershot S330 camera?  I looked everywhere, but nothing helped.  I found a link, bu, it doesn't work.  Canon ceased to support this model, but I hope that there is a third-party driver out there.  (= the time I bought this camera became the last time I bought a Canon product, but never mind that for now.)  Any help would be much appreciated

Your camera is not compatible with Windows 7, see:

    http://www.microsoft.com/windows/compatibility/windows-7/en-us/Search.aspx?l=en-us&type=Hardware&s=Canon%20PowerShot%20S330%20&os=32-bit .

To transfer your photos to your PC, the simplest method is to remove the memory card from the camera and insert it in the slot on your PC. If your PC lacks a card reader, you can card USB readers very low price - just make sure she reads the type of card you are using.

What I have to change in my set-up?  (see attached photo and saying: correspondent profile cannot be found automatically!)20160609_Canon Powershot G7x profile missing.jpg

Best looks and thx in advance for feedback

    Hi Manuelaw,

Sorry you don't see the profile for the Powershot G7x, looking at our article of supported lenses: lenses supported

It looks like not it's one of the cameras that we have corrections profile lens.

I recommend you create your own profile of lens by using the lens profile Creator, Digital Negative (DNG), Adobe DNG Converter tool | Adobe Photoshop CC - or try the Lens profile Downloader to see if others have created a profile of lenses for that camera.

  • Cleaning LCD screen of my new camera Canon Powershot A4000 IS.

How to proceed safely to clean the LCD screen of my new camera Canon Powershot A4000 IS? It seems that this model doesn't have an LCD screen for touch as the A3400 IS. Someone at the store where it was purchased, or a factory worker, left a few footprints of oil from skin smudge marks on it. How can I determine if these touching detracted from the screen? Is there is no reason to fuss with it and no harm to leave fingerprints on it, it might be better to leave it alone. Here again the presence of such oil may affect any coating on the LCD screen. Also, if I want to buy some protective plastic appropriate to place on it to avoid future scratches, (I don't see not the existence of any scratch right now), it seems that it might be a good idea to clean it first. But I could be wrong. I am a new user and I looked in every sense of the directives on this issue, both online and in the manual, but I can't find anything relevant other than the reprimand for camera general cleaning must guide is the result of the use of cleaners containing organic solvents. I saw a suggestion for another product to use a drop or two of water on a cloth of soft lens, but I don't know if it is reasonable in my situation with my particular product. Any reasonable response well informed and correct, offering advice on this subject would be very greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Clean your screen with a dry, soft cloth and never use any type of solvent, rubbing alcohol, etc.  Best is to use a cloth to clean the glasses and/or photographic lenses.  IMO, you could use a very small amount of water to help get rid of the traces of finger, but eventually I'd always for a soft, cloth dry and just rub a little harder (but not too loud, use your best judgment) to remove traces of fingers.  I used this technique for many years without any problems.

  • Canon PowerShot S2 IS. The camera window does not work on Windows 7

On my old computer I installed software for the Canon PowerShot S2 IS and it allowed me to download the photos by using the function "window of the camera."  Let me clarify that I wanted the date taken in the name of the file of the photo.  On my new computer with windows 7 if I can see that the camera is connected when I click on 'My computer', but when I use the camera window to download it says that it cannot detect the camera.

    The info might be useful:

The next document in Canon indicates that
"CameraWindow is no longer included in ZoomBrowser EX 6.6.0b or later.

He goes on to say the following:

"CameraWindow is available on the CD-ROM as a separate module. If necessary,
install CameraWindow from the CD-ROM supplied with the product. Note: the
Serial number of your Canon product (camera, printer, etc.) is required to
    Download this file.

Here's how to access this info... go to the following link:

    http://usa.canon.com/cusa/support/consumer/digital_cameras/powershot_g_series/powershot_s2_is#DriversAndSoftware.

Left click the "choose an operating system:" move the window, select Windows 7.

    Left click 'software '.

Left click the button 'Download' for "ZoomBrowser EX 6.6.0b Application"

This will display all the information on the download.

Also... an updated version was published on 30/03/11

Just a guess but maybe it would be interesting to try to install the update and
then reinstall CameraWindow from the CD provided with the camera.

Personally, I just download the pictures and rename them myself

Name with the date change can be done easily in a batch

Select the group from the newly downloaded (highlighted) and click with the right button on the first
    thumbnail or file name.

    In the menu... Choose... Rename...

The name of the first file... Type of...

    08/09/2011 (10001) .jpg

Press on... Enter and the remaining files will be renamed.

    08/09/2011 (10002) .jpg
    08/09/2011 (10003) .jpg
    08/09/2011 (10004) .jpg

  • Using Canon PowerShot SD500 with Photo

Does anyone have an idea how I can use my camera Canon PowerShot SD500 a little dated with El Capitan Photo? This camera is not on the list of the compatible, but I wasn't on the purchase of a new camera immediately. This camera is not on the list of those compatible. Thank you.

You should be able to use the mini-USB to USB cable provided with the camera to connect it to your Mac. If Photos does not start by itself, you can start it manually, check the sidebar on the view menu, and select the camera in the sidebar. You should be presented with a screen to import. Click Import all.

  • My iMac has suddenly ceased to import pictures from my Canon PowerShot

My MacBook Pro (retina, 13 inches, end 2013) has suddenly ceased to import pictures from my Canon PowerShot.  When the transfer cable is set up and I turn on the camera I get a message on the camera briefly: "Communication error".  I use OS X version 10.10.5 Yosemite and Photos, version 1.0.1 (215.65.0).  My camera specialist said that the problem is not with the camera.

You have a large SD card in the camera which is full?  http://thedesignspace.NET/MT2archives/000757.html#.VmnV5Ch8u5Ythis seems to be a problem that appears. When the card is full, the camera will not export them and Iphoto seems to not recognize the camera.   https://www.jmedved.com/2012/02/Canon-SX230-communication-error/ You could go into Iphoto preferences and change in general, connecting camera into Iphoto for capturing images. It change and then transfer to Iphoto.
