Canon PowerShot S330 digital camera 2.0mp driver

Does anyone find a Windows 7 driver for the Canon Powershot S330 camera?  I looked everywhere, but nothing helped.  I found a link, bu, it doesn't work.  Canon ceased to support this model, but I hope that there is a third-party driver out there.  (= the time I bought this camera became the last time I bought a Canon product, but never mind that for now.)  Any help would be much appreciated

Your camera is not compatible with Windows 7, see:

http://www.microsoft.com/windows/compatibility/windows-7/en-us/Search.aspx?l=en-us&type=Hardware&s=Canon%20PowerShot%20S330%20&os=32-bit .

To transfer your photos to your PC, the simplest method is to remove the memory card from the camera and insert it in the slot on your PC. If your PC lacks a card reader, you can card USB readers very low price - just make sure she reads the type of card you are using.

I tried all modes same compatibility convenience store as the program says can't find the DRC and unable to connect to the DRC. Today, for the first time, it appeared that software and DRC was trying to connect but then and error message saying mainform and a whole list of other things can help someone or I'll have to take the XP operating system where the program has worked very well. • Computer will not recognize Canon Powershot SX30 IS camera

I just upgraded to a new computer. Operating system is Windows 7.  It does not recognize my camera. I tried I go through start to computer (not found).  Cannot find under Device Manager either. Nothing. I guess I need a new driver downloaded, but when I go to the Canon Website, it tells me that no driver is needed for Windows 7.

I'm not an expert in computer science (and not by a long shot). I tried 2 different USB cables, the two nothing helps. I also found a previous thread for the Canon Rebel camera, but the menus on both cameras are different, is not applicable for my camera. Everyone is the same experience? Any suggestions? Where can I find a driver for the Canon Powershot S300?

If it exists, you can find it on the Canon website.

But you don't need. You ever need connect your device directly. Just buy a USB drive to SD card (or any form of memory card your camera uses). They are very expensive - generally around 2 US $ on Amazon.com - and are very easy to use. I find them preferable to connect the camera. on the one hand it does not use the batteries of your camera.

AFAIK there are no drivers for this device on the Canon website.  How can I get my Windows Vista computer to recognize my Canon G11 camera?

    Thank you
    John

a screen pops up announcing that a new device has been detected.

The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)
To reinstall the drivers for this device, click on reinstall.

Yes there is no drivers for the device. The software supplied with the camera must be installed. The camera window should open when the camera is connected to the computer. Try using another USB port or use another cable, it can go bad too.

In the Device Manager expand Universal Serial Bus controllers, search for the connected camera or something as a mass storage device. Right click above and uninstall, then restart, it needs to be reinstalled. If does not uninstall everything under USB controllers and then restart your computer.
