Card SD SD - BT00U Bluetooth on pocket PC

Hi all

I'm trying harder than Medion Pocket PC 96700 to work with a bluetooth Toshiba SD card.

It is interesting Card is accepted and works - even giving authenticention to a another bluetooth device is possible-discovery of services as well and connect.
=> I just don't send data / or dail on a mobile phone.

Error message: connection could not be established, please check again.

Anyone a glue? [?]

Would be great, otherwise I can throw the card.

thx a lot

Nicolai

Hello Nicolei

It is not easy to say what is happening here. If the card is properly recognized by the system, there must be a problem with the settings.

On my PDA I have no just WLAN BT but to establish a connection between the PDA and mobile cannot be very different as on laptops. If the laptop can see your mobile phone uses the discovery mode and attempt to put an end to the pairing process.

Is it necessary to use any key pass to peel like on mobile BT?

    Hello

I have a Bluetooth SD-BT00U sd card and I would use it in my laptop another manufacturer, running Windows Vista.

Are there drivers for this card?

    Thank you

Unfortunately not. Nevertheless, it seems that the next version of stack Bluetooth will be those included. I think it's time for a new version.

  • DUN connection Bluetooth for Pocket PC, Vista and the user rights restricted

    Hallo,

I managed to establish a DUN connection to my smartphone WM5 Pocket QTEK 9100 Bluetooth-based and the Toshiba Stack, latest version. My laptop is an X 200 - 21 d with Vista Home Premium.

Everything works although I do not change the Vista user to a user with restricted rights, for the user with the Bluetooth utility administrator rights has created a new DUN connection and a new modem with a virtual COM port. The user with restricted rights is not allowed to set up a new connection, but it is necessary to connect to the smartphone with the Bluetooth utility. On the administrative account the option button to allow the connection to call other users is disabled and grayed out, so there is sort now open it up to other users.

How can I set up a Bluetooth DUN connection for a user with restricted rights?

    Thank you in advance!

If the user restricted use the same DUN like the Admin Setup?

If Yes, then you can use "Bluetooth-> custom Mode settings". This allows you to
Select the "Standard 33600 Modem" from the list that has been set up before
the admin. So every ONE that has been configured by the administrator can be used by the
User restricted with this method. Restricted users cannot install hardware, so
If the administrator has not installed a modem, then also the restricted user cannot use it.

The Admin can pre-install a modem with Bluetooth stack installation.
This is useful if the restricted user should be able to configure a DUN connection
with the advanced modem settings which are not used by the administrator.

This should be possible if the file "as.ini" has a line "MODEMINST = 1".

  • Looking for wireless cards compatible with bluetooth to HP 2000-2d62NR

Having satisfied the HP (Helpless * beep *) lines of Technical Support and Service the customer with NO results, I wonder if anyone can give me a list of compatible wireless adapter cards with built-in bluetooth.  I want to upgrade the card that came with my system.  Any help would be appreciated. I intend install myself, and I didn't necessarily need to buy it from HP.  The power installed on the system adapter is a Qualcomm Atheros AR9485

Those are the only ones that work through the white list of BIOS HP who used on all laptop computers until recently.

You don't have to buy the card of HP, but you have to buy one with the part number listed in the service manual, or it won't work.

Your best bet would be to get one on eBay by questioning by the HP part number.

  • HP 251-a244: power & potential installation sound card or chart?

I've got a new desktop HP 251 - a244, window 10 edition 64-bit, AMD-A6-6310, integrated graphics AMD Radeon R4 card, 6 GB DDR3 - 1600 MHz RAM, 1 TB SATA HDD, Realtek RTL8188EE 802.11 b/g/n WiFi Adapter, Realtek RTL8106E-CG 100BASE-T Ethernet (1 port). It comes with a slot size Office Tower 1: Mini PCI Express half length

This system has an internal Power Supply Unit? If not, is it possible to install a power supply that would go to a card sound or low range graphics card?

This system has an internal Power Supply Unit? If not, is it possible to install a power supply that would go to a card sound or low range graphics card?  The external power supply looks like one that is used on a laptop.  If you have this type of power supply, there is no boarding PSU.

It was a gift from my father, so I'm not complaining. But the people at best buy, where he bought it, told him she had a housing expansion for graphics card, sound card, etc... They lie to him or what?  I don't know if we can say they lied, but the location alone is as follows: 1 half-length PCI Express mini card socket.  This slot machine is normally used for wireless cards; not a video card.

I'm just trying to learn the s & out of this new system of AMD, and what I would need if I wanted to install a new card graphics or sound card. The integrated Radeon R4 was given the games I play very well online.  This is your only option.

  • Satellite R830 - 1-1 and Win8.1 - Bluetooth seems to have disappeared

With "upgrades" Windows 8 and 8.1 (do not do it at all!), my Bluetooth seems to have disappeared and Windows tells me to reinstall the drivers.

When I go to the page for download driver Toshiba support for my Satellite R830 - 1-1 (PT32LE-01V00CEN), I see 'Bluetooth filter package for Atheros Driver' and 'Bluetooth Stack Toshiba Windows 8 - Upgrade '.

My laptop has Intel wireless card as I guess all of this model have, so why is listed Atheros?

I'm afraid I have no idea what I need to install to get my Bluetooth works again. Any help on this would be much appreciated.

    Thank you.

    > My laptop has Intel wireless card as I guess all of this model have, so why is listed Atheros?
Because different models of Satellite R830 supports different Wlan cards from different manufacturers.

    > I'm afraid I have no idea what I need to install to get my Bluetooth works again. Any help on this would be much appreciated.

Your laptop supports the network adapter Intel wireless (with feature of BT). For cards Intel WLan no Bluetooth filter package must be installed.
In your case its just to install the Intel Wlan driver, battery Toshiba Bt and the Toshiba system driver

  • Tecra S1 Bluetooth

can someone tell me where to look to find out if my Tecra S1 is compatible bluetooth, I installed the easy connection and battery, but it says bluetooth is not on, there is no bluetooth in the Panel settings, and nothing happens when I press Fn + F8, so I think that it is not installed. If this is the case, what are my options? can I get a SD/USB bluetooth device?
    Thank you
    Matt

    Hello

First, you must be sure that your device has a Bluetooth card and you can check it on the site from the bottom of your laptop. If the device has a Bluetooth card must be a Bluetooth label. As far as I know your unit is ready for Bluetooth.

If there is no Bluetooth on your device, there are several solutions. You can contact the Service partner and ordered a Bluetooth card and it can be built in. Otherwise, you can use a USB Bluetooth stick. It should also works without a problem.

  • Tecra S1: Should what type of wireless network card I?

Hello. I do a new install of XP, and I don't have the CD that came with the computer. I have before, but have not been able to get the wireless or bluetooth to work. I need to know what type of wireless card I have...
    Tecra S1 model number: PT831A - 67CS8

    can anyone help?

    Thank you
    -mat

    Hello

As far as I know that the Tecra S1 has no card network wireless not installed, but you can improve it with a minPCI wireless network card.
The drivers needed, you must download it from the page of the Toshiba driver or drivers will come with a wireless network card.
Also the Bluetooth is an option on this unit.

  • Ubuntu 10.04 Toshiba NB550D Bluetooth and the microphone does not

I use Ubuntu 10.04 on Toshiba NB550D. I like it. I've updated to 4 GB of RAM so... 1 GB seemed crazy to me... and I am a user of power... but not a gamer. The laptop has replaced my work computer. I have plug into my 24 "LCD at work and get beautiful HD resolutions.

My only frustration at this stage is that the microphone and bluetooth both do not seem to work. Until someone told me that Toshiba does not support linux on this hardware... I know. However, someone at - it this work themselves? I'd love to hear about your experience.

    THX,

    Fenton

    Hi Fenton

With regard to the Bluetooth - I think the NB550D uses a list drop-down-card Atheros WLAN and Bluetooth. Am I wrong?
If so, there seems to be general problem getting the BT works correctly, wireless works well however.
I filed a bug on Fedora Bugzilla regarding this problem on a R830 - uses the same module I think.
    Link: [https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=734369]

Concerning firstly the mic - basics:

-did you check the audio input settings and increase the logging level?
-have you tried an external mic? You can for testing purposes use a headset / headphones as a microphone as they work exactly the same. You may have to shout to get any input however :)

If the external mic works you can try to start the machine on 11.04 or maybe even a pre-release version of 11.10.
This is to see if the MIC - the problem is resolved.
If so, I think that a few searches on Google will provide you with a solution!

In any case, let us know your findings, so we can help you.

    See you soon

My laptop has a Qualcomm-Atheros AR9485 wireless adapter and there is no sign of me have bluetooth anywhere! I thought this card was also a bluetooth card? Anyway... If it isn't, can you please point me in a good way of buying a card wifi and bluetooth for this laptop in particular? I don't want to use external, so please do not post any USB option. If this card indeed has two (bluetooth/wifi), then just tell me what I need to do to activate the bluetooth? Thank you!

  • Satellite C660 supports Bluetooth 3.0?

    Hello

    I recently bought a Satellite C660.
It says the laptop has Bluetooth 3.0. Is this true?
It works very well for windows 7.

However in Ubuntu 10.10 my Bluetooth doesn't seem to work. I think it's the problem of missing driver.

Where can I get the latest drivers Linux/Ubuntu for C660?

    Hello

    > It says the laptop has Bluetooth 3.0. Is this true?
    What C660-xxx you have exactly?

Of my knowledge C660 laptop computers are equipped with a WLan card which also supports Bluetooth!
But not all wireless network cards support this feature.
So first of all, you must check the wireless network card and check if it has support of BT.

  • How to install the Bluetooth Module for Tecra S1

    Hello
I have an old model S1 - PT831E-1DCEE-GR - and you want to install a Bluetooth (PA3121U-1BTM model?), but where should it be mounted?

    Kind regards

    Ulf

    Hello

I think that on the Tecra S1 Bluetooth is optional.
So on some laptops the BT has been installed on some not but I think that it should be possible to upgrade the unit with the BT module. (I hope ;))

To my knowledge, the BT module must be installed in the place under the keyboard.
But if you have no experience in these procedures you should t remove or install anything!

The BT card must be placed above the keyboard area.
To remove or to install the Bluetooth card, you must:
    1. remove the two white flat head screws.
2 unplug the cable to antenna with the tweezers.
    3. disconnect the cards-SUMI (flat cables) on the system board.
4 (remove the Bluetooth card) or (install the Bluetooth card)

Be careful. But as I said above, usually it should be installed by a technician because the guys have more experience... you know
