Case management support team

I have a Pavilion p7 - 1520t which began randomly freezing under warranty. I sent in to service center twice for repair. The first time they replaced the motherboard but the problem of gel has continued. The second time they replaced the hard drive and when I got it back I couldn't even get past the start screen because it froze instantly. Now they hit my problem until {deleted personal information} case management team, and that's where nothing happens. At first, I was told to call the service center who performed the repairs, but I am not getting any return calls. Now, the team doesn't seem to know what to do with me. They don't return emails, and although I received a return call, I was at work and could not take the call. I asked that they send me an email with what are the options of this point and I get nothing.  I was buy nothing but products hp since my first computer back in the 90s and I've never had a problem with one of their products before. All I can say is I'm happy about that because the resolution of a problem with hp is hopeless. I don't know if anyone can help, but I have to try, I need this computer to work and I'm now seven weeks without her... What is the secret?

    My first question would be: do you want to TBNotifier that is bound to the Ask toolbar? These puppies were probably installed with Java or a Java Update.
     
    If you don't want them, remove them in programs and features, and restart. If you still get this notification, run these tools one at a time. If removes one of them, you do not need to run the rest.
     
     
    Delete Adware & puppies with these tools. Check the updates first and then analyze with each of them at a time until your machine is clean.

I am trying to download a set of patches ( Patch 17767877) for BPM Suite 11.1.1.7 with Adaptive case management User Interfaces, but it is asking password when downloading our Oracle support account. So could you please send me the password in order to download this Patch.

    Quick question, did you think to install "Patch 18072286: SOA BUNDLE PATCH 11.1." 1.7.3'?  This grouped patch includes ACM and all other patches and fixes delivered previously created for PS6 (11.1.1.7).

    Even if you have already installed the patches on your existing 11.1.1.7 environment, you will still be able to apply successfully the hotfix 18072286 on the top of your 11.1.1.7 environment.

    Currently I'm going to Oracle DBA in the production support team. I get call from the Configuration Management team that come to this team. I don't have much knowledge about the CM. Now my question is

    1. What is the average of the Configuration management? What is the process generally goes into CM? It has no connection with oracle dba support?
    2. If I'm going to and Configuration management work, again I can come to field support for s/n?
    3. the CM is good for the growth of the carrer...?

    It's a scam.  Never provide any access to your PC to someone who calls you with some story about virus infections (etc.) is detected on your PC.  MS would never do that (plenty of examples in the MSE forum if you care to look).

    More tips - social engineering is a term for the bad guys who try to convince you to do something that would allow them to infect your computer or gather confidential information (Bank online identifiers for example...)
    You (and everyone!) need to be careful to not be fooled (and some of these guys are VERY GOOD at deceiving people.
    Beware of strange emails and especially strange phone calls.  Don't forget that you can not trust Caller ID on your phone... it is very easy to spoof the name of your choice on caller ID.

    2. have you done any hardware changes or software on your computer before this problem?

    You can uninstall the Package redistributable Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime for Add / Remove Programs & reinstall again. Later, check to see if the problem persists.

    We have solved this problem by granting explicit permission at the same time "domain users" and "domain administrators" you can plug in "domain" in the field and the search for the users and select them.  But this solved the problem for us.
