  Click HERE. Download the file. Save it in C:\Windows\System32. If you are prompted to replace the existing file, click Yes. Not sure that this will solve the problem, but at least we will know that we have a non-corrupt file dwwin.exe. We'll go from there.

• Installation always fails initialize

  A few months ago, I successfully loaded 11 items on my desk.  As we go on vacation decided to load on my laptop.  As the laptop does not discs, I decided to download as a trial and then put in the serial number.  It seemed to download fine but every time I tried to install I get the message "Setup cannot initialize.   This has happened several times and I tried to reboot etc.  Two days ago, I spent an entire afternoon on chat using Adobe.  Unfortunately, although the people at the other end was very polite and helpful the problem is still there.  At one point they forced me to download Adobe Application Manager, but he was not explained or identified, why.  Adobe Application Manager seems to be for more advanced Adobe products.  I also have Adobe Download Wizard, which seems appropriate.

  I spent so much time on it and it's so frustrating.  Any help will be much appreciated.

  O'Briain you indicated that you had no other Adobe Creative previously installed software.  If this is the case there should be no previous installation of Adobe Application Manager.  Please use the Control Panel programs and features to ensure that all Adobe Creative Software are removed.

  You will then want to use the available CC cleaning tool to use CC Cleaner tool to resolve installation problems. CC, CS3 - CS6 - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/cs5-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html to ensure that all entries have been deleted.

  Start Windows as a guest.

  Unfortunately the Office looks terrible (standard windows)

  Find the CD drive and start the installation of the CS6.

  This method works as well offline (Activation within 7 days later).

  When you are done restart as long as the previous user.

  Create icons to monitor.

  Disable the guest account.

  Turn it back on.

  It seems, Adobe wants to protect me against the abuse of my own computer...

I uninstalled 11 I bought now 13 items and you have downloaded the download Assistant but it keeps telling me that "Installation failed initialize" so I can not install either the new 13 GOLD re - install my old 11. I tried to re download the Download Assistant and restart my computer with firewall disabled but etc to no avail. I need to use on a regular basis and I'm really disappointed that I just spent £80 on some software that I can not install. I have very limited computer and I'm quickly running out of hair because it is almost all out. Help, please!

  my computer just got back from the computer workshop with 13 elements finally installed. I said that it was not easy, but these seem to be actions that did the trick...

  Direct X has been corrected in Windows features.

  I am installing a new headset (LG HBS700). I installed the dialog Windows 8 devices and desktop devices and Printers dialog. The device installs but does never connect... when I try to open the Panel of Bluetooth device, I finally get an error message telling me that the operation failed initialize and cycle power to the bluetooth device I did several times...   Just to close this thread... today while watching the pilot matrix, I noticed a second bluetooth driver. I had tried the Intel BT driver without result, but noticed the Broadcom driver posted 2-7. Installed the update work and everthing from Broadcom. I'm not sure that the relationship between the two BT pilot packes listed, but for me the Broadcom drivers did the trick.
