When I follow the instructions of Windows and go to control panel / connections network and Internet, Microsoft Help guidelines say connect to wireless network, under available networks, click the wireless network to which you want to connect.

    But there is not 'available networks' showing. There were once! I used it, the PC has hung up, I rebooted and that you have not been able to connect from.

    If you do not see the list of available networks, your wireless network card may be cut or broken.  Many laptops have a switch that turns off the wireless radio.  Maybe it's a physical switch or a key combination (e.g. Fn + F2).

    If it is integrated, what is the brand and model of your computer?

    Open the Device Manager (start > run > devmgmt.msc > OK)

    I bought Transformers: The Movie (30th Anniversary Edition) thinking there was tons of extras for her.  At the time of my purchase, there are no supplements available, and now in the store he said they included extra movies.
