CC Adobe apps call identify yourself and then cannot open [was HELP!]

NONE of my adobe products opens.  Anytime I try to do, either by killing all the processes of Adobe in the Manager of tasks and then asking him to start, asking him to start as administrator, using the command line, using the the Task Manager, the directory of files, everything, he tells me to connect.  I did, and he said he will be allowed to me, enjoy the software.  Then, it does not work.  Say to open at this stage restarts everything.

The system is a 64-bit Pro 10 Windows

NVIDIA GeForce GTX Titan

I7 4770 k

16 GB 2133 MHz DDR3 RAM

You have installed one of the Adobe applications using the serial number?

This could be from licensing of corruption of files, we can try clear the contents of the SLCache folder and rename the file SLStore.

But after them, all installed Adobe apps will be asked sign again and for those apps that if you installed it using the serial number, will be asked again for the number. So be sure that you have the serial number with you if you had installed all apps using soap operas.

For subscription, it simply be asked sign again once it is.

The procedure is mentioned in the link below:

Whenever I start one of the applications, it checks the certificate into the internet. If I'm not connected to the internet (including happans quite often), I can't work. Is there a way to get around this?
