• Why my (wired) laser mouse keeps freezing every 2-5 seconds and then turns off?

  I use Windows XP Professional SP3, and my (Genius NetScroll G500, USB) mouse keeps freezing every 2-5 seconds, until he "dies" (I can't move or something, it's like off).   I suggest you to connect the mouse to another computer if possible, and check if the same problem occurs, this is just to check if it is the problem with the mouse.

  Good thing I found this forum. I'm crazy about the fact that my "new" ProBook s 4530 with Windows 7 on it freezes for a second half every 30 seconds. Not only music and movies but also of Word and stuff. Pretty boring when you type and every 30 seconds is missing a few letters. (no worries - checked this post twice lol)

  I found in the logbook on local stocks HP Power Assistant is the hiccups. 2006 warningsin 1 hour. I read on this forum that you should remove or downgrade this program. How downgrade what I don't want to delete (at the time)? Please keep in mind that I am a total noob when it comes to such things.

  You can uninstall the version that is currently installed through the control--> programs & features Panel.

  

  You can find the old version via the web portal of support for your laptop.

  You can see which version is installed by looking at the version of the installed software section.

  I have this printer for a little over a year and it has worked fine until about three weeks ago.

• ADOBE PREMIERE PRO CC (2015) keeps freezing for several seconds

  I have Adobe first Pro CC (2015), not related to this account.

  When I Alt + Tab or open another program and go back to Premiere Pro, OR when I get my music video and images and drag them in first Pro CC it just freezes. I'm losing my mind! I use first pro with this problem about 5 months, but it continues to become intolerable!

  Please give me a solution. I deleted my settings in the Documents, it did not work. I have uninstall Premierer Pro and re - install Adobe Creative cloud, it did not work.

• Why my dreamweaver keep freezing when loading the file?

  What's up in the major part of my workflow until I get to the file upload. Once I have save the file and try to upload it via FTP Dreamweaver lock herself up and never completed the process.

  It is a .php file and is not large, around 3 kb. Dreamweaver saves the file locally before it crashes, so it seems to be the download itself.

  1. Please try to restore preferences for Dreamweaver and check if it works very well.

  Restore preferences | Dreamweaver CS6, Dreamweaver CC

  2. If restoring preferences do not fix the test outcome for DW CC 2015 to uninstall and reinstall Dreamweaver.  (Before you uninstall DW make sure that time machine is disabled on your MAC)

  When uninstalling it creative cloud, please select the option 'Remove Yes preferences'

  A reboot is also recommended after the uninstall.

  This problem occurs because the Autochk.exe file is damaged or missing.

  To resolve this issue, follow these steps:

  1. Insert the Windows XP startup disk, and then close the Welcome to Microsoft Windows XP window, if it appears.
  2. Click Start, click run, type cmd, and then click OK.
  3. At the command prompt, type the following command and press ENTER.
     copy letter:\i386\autochk.exe %WINDIR%\system32 disc

     Note The drive letter placeholder represents the drive, for example "D:", that runs the Windows XP startup disk.

  4. Enter Y when you receive the following message is displayed:
     Overwrite C:\WINDOWS\system32\autochk.exe? (Yes/no/all):
  5. Remove the Windows XP startup disk and then restart the computer.

• Qosmio X 500 does not start and the power LED is flashing every 5 seconds

  I need help my X 500 does not start now. I tried to launch the NB as usual and suddenly the X 500 start or even power up.

  If I press the power button / stop it makes no noise, the power LED on the button and the second power LED just bliks once and turns on and keep blinking every 5 seconds.

  I tried to:
  * Remove battery and power up with AC only
  * power only to batteries
  * remove the battery power button hold for 30 seconds and over power with AC, battery only athen

  but it did not help.

  I checked the LEDs AC & battery, but they do not blink, they are just RED, so there is no problem in battery or AC.

  No idea where could be the problem?
