Without this specific info, you will not be able to connect to their computer to download your site. You may be able to put this info via your admin panel, but usually the call will be faster.

  Carriage return characters have nothing to do with differences in ASCII/binary. Instead, you must change your Dreamweaver preferences to use Unix line breaks.

  Select Edition > Preferences (Dreamweaver > preferences on Mac) and choose the Format of Code category. The value type of newline LF (Unix).
