• CS5 Photoshop blocking up of the whole system

  I installed the CS5 Design Premium Package last week and the ID and other programs I've tried seem to work. I try to use PS, then it crashes my whole system. When it freezes, I can't force quit to the docking station or the search toolbar. I don't remember with certainty if there is a wheel of the Rainbow of death, I think it sticks on the standard cursor. I'm not a push button when lock-up things and give it enough time to get out. Obviously, it won't let me send a crash report, because I have to force shut down my computer.  I am running on a Quad-Core Intel Xeon 2.26 Ghz of processor using OS 10.5.8. My colleague has also upgraded to CS5 and sometimes the same problem on a dual system.

  The last time I tried to use it, I open a file, delete hidden layers and when I try to see the copy on a text layer, that he froze.   Yes, you can do this, please follow the steps.

  Uninstall the existing version for Photoshop

  Then use the Adobe CC cleaning tool to remove files left link: http://download.macromedia.com/SupportTools/Cleaner/mac/AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool.dmg

  Restart the system

  Follow the link and download Photoshop CS6: applications download Creative Suite 6

  Enter the serial number to activate it.

• Photoshop crashes when I use the tool of marquis.

  Photoshop crashes when I use the marquee selection tool. As soon as I make a selection, it blocks my computer (every time!) by either on black screen or sometimes white. I have to force close down and restart. I use MacBook Pro OS 10.6.8 with Photoshop CS6. I am not able to update OS at this time. Is that what I can do to work around this problem? It is extremely time consuming and annoying.

  I would first try resetting the preferences of photoshop by down Cmd + Option + shift keys at startup cs6.

  Keep hold down the keys until you get a dialog box asking if you want to delete the adobe photoshop settings file and press Yes because you do.

  If this makes no difference, see if unchecking CPU graph using in the Adobe Photoshop > preferences > Preformance then by restarting photoshop cs6 works.

  I upgraded (05/10/2015) to the last 2015.01 of CC in Photoshop. If I try to open a 60 d Canon raw file (.) CR2) ACR opens. I can make adjustments very well. When I click the button open a picture to go to Photoshop crashes. If I open a Canon 60 d file that was opened before things work very well. ACR allows me to open the file in Photoshop. Save the file as a .png doesn't help either.

  Please check what graphics card you use make sure it is up-to-date

  Try to restore your preferences

  Close Photoshop.Hold down Shift (MAC) / CTRL + ALT + SHIFT (Windows) command, Option, start Photoshop. A dialog box appears for you whether you want to delete the preferences/settings file. Select Yes

  Another thing,

  Select Edition > Preferences > Performance > advanced settings. Set the drawing in "Basic" Mode, and then restart Photoshop.
