  I had my computer Windows 8 restored and so I lost all my programs installed. I downloaded Creative Cloud desktop in order to install my lost Apps (Photoshop and InDesign), but it says updated and the possibility of installing two applications are not there. I tried to update the applications, but seen how they both not installed in my system, an error always shows.

  How to download Photoshop and InDesign again? I have a subscription to creative cloud.

  I know that this happens to a lot of people and I searched the forums to find someone with the same problem who received the help of the community, but I have not found the post again so I decided to make my own.

  I had to change my apple ID because I got hacked. I don't have a new brand, I changed the email of the Apple ID, I already had. Everything seems fine, except that now does not update my apps on my iPod touch. I know this is because applications are no longer associated with the correct email and this is most likely the problem, but I'm not sure how to fix it.

  I made sure that I disconnected all my accounts (Apple store/iCloud/choice of account) on all my products apple (2 pounds of Mac and iPod) and has signed all the accounts mentioned previously with new Apple ID. No progress, which makes sense because the applications are linked right old Apple ID?

  So I deleted all my apps thinking I could redownload them. But they are associated with my iCloud it seems... so I tried to disable my iCloud on the iPod so that apps would show 'get' instead of 'download' in the Apple store (basically doing my iPod are realizing that it is a new Apple ID and I want to get the apps for "the first time"), but that no longer works.

  My last attempt was to remove an application on my Macbook, in the hope that "get" appears instead of "Download", but in a way that no longer works. I even connected to my iCloud with my new apple ID and none of the apps show on my iCloud. I'm quite confused. Someone at - it insight, ideas, or suggestions on how I might remedy other that go into an Apple store or do a factory reset on the iPod? Does anyone know if the factory reset would even work?

• iPhone 6 not updated Apps

  Just bought a new iPhone 6.  Took the time to get it working but like now to work.

  It does not always update Apps.  There are 58 Apps for update.  The iPhone 4 I had (still physically make) had all applications updated.  The "update all" lights for a few seconds, then in turn gray.  I tried to hit the "Update All" button also as soon as it appeared, but even once the button layout simply grey market.

  Any help much appreciated.

  Just realized that none of the applications work!  When I click on any every IPhone App simply refer to the icon of the application.

  The store told me that 15 of my apps need updates (just the pre-installed applications) so when I try, click on install and update applications and select all, a small animation with 5 points is displayed at the top of the interface, but nothing seems to happen. There is no progress bar or indicator of any kind that something is happening.
  I have also left for a while and there was no results (not updated).

  Try to clear your cache store

  Right-click of the start screen (lower left corner)

  Click on run

  Type: wsreset.exe

  Also make sure they say in "your apps".

  Open the store

  Right-click anywhere in the blank space and select all applications to ensure that all say installed first, otherwise install each then one try the updates again.

  Click file > open recent item > clear recent files list.

  Restart Photoshop and then try and open the pictures and see if they show under recent files or not.

  I'm a little frustrated, nothing too dramatic, but just a little irritated.

  I am user of creative cloud. I had the Illustrator update without problem by the application manager, but my Photoshop is based at 13.0.1, not 13.1

  So far:

  4 and a half customer service calls (half, I cut myself after waiting a loooong pending time) (probably 5-6 hours total time with Files)

  First time what was to about 20 tech says Dec 13.0.1 was later and he did not even know about the update of creative cloud PS 13.1. I had to point him to the Adobe site homepage where he announced the upgrade. I took pity on him because he was very embarrassed, as he explained he was not told yet on this upgrade.

  Tech went through my c: drive for 30 mins of renaming files and try different things.

  No one has been able to fix.

  The final guy said don't worry, it's a known bug and a fix will come out of the middle of this week and he closed my help ticket.

  GRRRR.

  Every tech I spoke to I explained my theory - I have owned that stand-alone license for PS Extended sold but then I subscribed to CC. I used the process of transfer of official Adobe license to sell to a buyer on eBay and cleared it all with Adobe CS. However the initial license is always listed on my account, so in my mind 'simple' application manager sees first, this license before the cloud creative license and so guess I'm a regular licence, not a CC license holder and so is propose not the update.

  Otherwise, anyone with this problem, or know if a patch is indeed imminent? Anyone at Adobe who could help me?

  I still think that the software is great and I am user of hobby so do not lose business or sleep on it, but still, I like to get what I pay for...

  Finally, after a mammoth three hours with the great help of a pleasant genetleman called Sumit, it solved the problem. There was a residual file which is store the old serial number and therefore the uploader was hit me until the version 13.1 even after successive executions of the cleaning tools and two complete uninstall / reinstalls don't solve, so finally he deleted the folder and reloaded again and voila 13.1.2

  Thanks, back to being a happy customer 100% new
