  Problem solved on connect. Former driver "WacomMultiTouch.framework" was present in the "Library/Frameworks" folder and remove it from here has solved the problem.

  According the information in Event Viewer, it seems to be a problem with the display drivers.

  You may have an outdated display on your system driver. Try to update the display drivers and then try to run Photoshop.

  Upgrade to Win 8.1 will replace the driver with the obsolete Microsoft driver.  So to install Win'a 8.1, then navigate to the Intel Web site for an updated driver.

  Yes, you can do this, please follow the steps.

  Uninstall the existing version for Photoshop

  Then use the Adobe CC cleaning tool to remove files left link: http://download.macromedia.com/SupportTools/Cleaner/mac/AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool.dmg

  Restart the system

  Follow the link and download Photoshop CS6: applications download Creative Suite 6

  Enter the serial number to activate it.
