• Photoshop does not open after that I upgraded my Windows 10 PC a few months ago and now it won't let me reinstall.

Now, it won't let me install anything either and says "installation has encountered any errors. I also tried to install Premiere Elements which just won't even run. Help, please!

  I run Windows 7 and cannot open Firefox after update to v 30.0. I uninstalled and reinstalled several times without success. I do, however, show: firefox.exe * 32 in the section of the Task Manager processes. No browser opens and the only way to "kill" for uninstalling I did was to "complete the process"; Right-click on the icon in the bark of the task and clicking the X did not a thing.

  It would open in safe mode, but when I tried several times, it will sometimes 2 or 3 tries to work, with each attempt showing the firefox.exe. * 32 under the Task Manager processes. I ended up resetting Firefox and it now opens normally - I have to rebuild my extension library, etc. Thanks a lot for your help! I really missed FF!

  I have a DV6 and after many hardships, restored to Win7 because I felt that an older OS where everything worked was much higher than a more recent OS where many things were "broken."

  And there is no driver HP Win10 for the DV6.

  2014 (mac running 10.9.2) to update and now CC 2014 will not open... error message "could not complete your request that the PNG file could not be parsed.

  I have not tried all the files open at all?

  Urgh, I want to pull out my hair with frustration!

  Depending on the subject, some to fail my VM to open/run at all after a VMware Update. I'd be less upset if it was a Windows Update, but an update directly from break of VMware virtual machine? No excuse imho. I know not what to share or where to start, as far as I know is the last version of the VMware Player app which is 6.0.7 build-2844087.

  I can't roll back this update as it uninstalled the work during the update process, great fortune!

  A virtual machine of interest is a MAC OS Mavericks, one and it seems fair to charge indefinitely without any sign of loading completely. I see the Apple logo and a spinning wheel of progress, but it progresses no further than that.

  running MAC OSX on VMware player is not supported and is not possible out of the box, as it breaks Apple EULA, which says that you are allowed to run WHAT MAC OS on Apple hardware brand.

  If you had installed some third party for VMware player changes eliminate this technical barrier, and that is perfectly fine and expected that your MAC OSX VM no longer works on your VMware Player.

I wanted to use the Mcafee I had paid for, so I uninstalled avast and installed Mcafee. They were charged after an eternity using automatic updates of windows. After everything has been loaded on a final restart gave place WINDOWS failed to START screen and does not start in any mode. I thought it might be linked to the abduction of an antivirus and the installation of another, so I put in the original Windows restore disc in and formatted the large partition, then reloaded windows and all its drivers then went on updates auto and auto updates for 24 hours until what he said to date. Installed mcafee - no problem, then tried windows live essentials that required sp1 and SP2 - used auto updates to download SP1. When this is completed there were two messages from Mcafee saying restart the pc and the other problem Center and soln windows saying an upate problem was found to go online to find the solution, I checked windows update history and SP1 and all other updates were installed successfully, so I rebooted the laptop - at which point it crashed and WINDOWS has no PU START APPEARED to-it wont start in any mode. Suggestions as to the cause and or how to make the process of restoration in less time - much appreciated. We have a same laptop bought at the same time, running the same original software and Mcafee - never a single problem. Thank you very much

  Usually, this means that Windows could not load the packages of metadata for some devices on your computer. If you do not already have it, you can run chkdsk/r (there is a space between thek and /) to verify the integrity of your hard drive. Follow the steps below:

  1. reboot your computer

  2. immediately press theF8 key until you reach the Advanced Boot Options menu

  3. Select Safe Mode with command prompt.

  4. at the command prompt, typechkdsk/r
