  If you know the file format, you can write a converter with LabVIEW. For the doc format, you can use ActiveX to read the content. There was also a support of ActiveX for pdf.

  I install a RC2BPM based on multidata rac and also configure it to a Webcenter, allow to serve in space webcenter.
  
  Here are a few exceptions which I could not, why the same action, different results, sometimes it works and sometimes it ejects such exception. I have just webcenter connection and create a model process BPM workspace.

  Looks like without the audio element is a nested element.  You will need to restore the audio signal in order to see the wave forms.
