  This problem may occur if the CD/DVD drive is gone bad. I suggest that you try to eject the disk using by resetting the drive.   This is normal and these pieces are important to ensure that the drive can eject properly and could remain in a good position.

  I had the same problem a few months ago. EPA has replaced the CD/DVD drive in a few days and I come back my laptop. Very fast service and the technicians are friendly. :)
