  I'm trying to resample a large wave to a smaller wave form. I want to use the average value of all data points in a time interval of the initial wave as the new value of the new waveform. For example I have want to resample a waveform of 100 points from k to a waveform with 1 k points, in the waveform again the value of each data point is the average of 100 data points in the old waveform. Is a convenient way to do this in labview? The VI of waveforms resample seems only provide coerce/linear/spline/FIR interpolation modes.   Just use build a waveform is your decimated table, dt is climbed by the decimation factor and t0 can remain the same.

• Conversion of characterset between two DBs 'on the fly' for the extraction of DWH data

  I work in an environment of data warehouse (DWH) where the DWH made nightly extracts data from a certain source DB table in a copy of the structure of the source table in the DB (DWH) target.

  To do this, in the DB DWH, I have a database link Oracle (named "sourceDB") on the source DB.

  Then I do the actual extraction by using this statement (simplified version):

  Insert into the textfield select source_table_copy (textfield) of source_table@sourceDB;

  source_table_copy . in the target DB has the same structure as source_table in the remote DB. TextField is VARCHAR2 (40) in the source table and the target.

  The problem is that the source DB using NLS_CHARACTERSET WE8ISO8859P1, while the target DB uses NLS_CHARACTERSET AL32UTF8.

  This causes an ORA-12899 "value too large for the textfield column (real 44, up to 40).

  I googled how convert WE8ISO8859P1 AL32UTF8 and found many discussions that focus on the migration of a database of a character set to another, but nothing like this scenario.

  I don't want to convert or the other of the two DBs, I only want to extract data from one database to another on a regular basis (per hour / per day / whatever).

  Is there a solution to this? If this is not the case, what are the options do I have and what are the disadvantages of each option?

  Assuming that the data in the source database are actually correctly encoded ISO-8859-1, you have two simple options.

  The preferred approach would be to declare the column in the destination database to use character length semantics.  In other words, declare a VARCHAR2 (40 CHAR).  Who allocates space of 40 characters (which can, as you can see the error) require more than 40 bytes of space from the destination database uses a character set of variable length.

  Alternatively, you could simply increase the number of bytes that can support the destination column.  You'd usually only by multiplying the size of 3 and declaring the column either a VARCHAR2 (120).  If you only manage data come from an ISO 8859-1, I think you could get away with only doubling the size because I do not think that the ISO-8859-1 characters requires more than 2 bytes of storage in UTF-8 format, but I would need to check this assumption.

  Almost certainly, declaring this (and other) columns to use the semantics of length in characters in the destination database is the simplest and more robust to follow.

  I searched a lot of scripts to get information about my data stores. I can quickly export most the properies of that I need right to a csv file vCenter. A flagrant lack room is the 'space Proviosoned' display of list of data store. I look at the properties of each data store to see this information. Y at - it a script that can get this information?  For this script, I don't reallt care about the news at the virtual machine level.

  For the passage of a lot of data between OPA and Siebel, I highly recommend using a map of IO. You can find more quickly and also, return xml IO will be easier to deal with.

  I have this requirement to choose the dates for the previous quarter. a fiscal quarter is usually January 2011 - March 2011. But in my case, the exercise should be December 2010 to February 2011 and if I check in June 2011 it must return to Mar 2011 until May 2011 and so on. So, how can I optimize to be able to select these dates i.e. 01/12/2010 until 28/02/2011 in where clause for the current date?

• Where that we manage for the display and entry date formats

  the specification of the user that is displayed as DD-MON-YYYY dates. Is there a config or properties file that contains the date format for display? Is there a drop down calendar which can be positioned next to an input field to date for a question on a screen?

  Just had a look at this takeover bid 10.1 on my machine.

  I noticed that for an attribute date as on a screen, when you use Input type = Year, Month and Day edits (in the file screens), it seems to display the three drop-down lists in the same order (day, month, year), regardless of what's been defined in the configuration line "input-date-formats" in messages. file .properties (locale).

  However, I was not sure of your email if the DD-MON-YYYY format was necessary for the entriesto date, or just for the display of date output. If the latter, then using the following in your messages. (place) .properties file...

  output-date-format = yyyy-MMM-dd
  

  ... will translate dates displayed like this: 1980-Jan-27

  To force the OWD to accept only dates of entry of user in the format '1980-Jan-27' then you can edit the line input-date-formats of configuration:

  input-date-formats = yyyy-MMM-dd
  

  ... However, it is rare to restrict the dates of entry into a single format. As you will see in the messages. (locale) .properties file entry-date-formats is set to a combination of common entry to the regional settings date formats, in addition to the ISO international date format (YYYY-MM-DD, e.g. 1980-01-27).

  I'm new to the use of the library and imaging data files. Attached is a picture of the "call library leader." I don't know how to set up the entry of 'beef' / frame buffer.

  More information is explained in the attached PDF file.

  Basically, I just need to recover data from image and convert it to a real image. I sought help of LabVIEW and other sites files, but I can't find a clear solution. Any help would be appreciated.

  FYI - I can communicate with the camera using other functions of library file. Opens the camera, I can set/view KING and other data. I can't quite understand the frame buffer.

  We use Adobe LiveCycle Installation of JBoss, and the SSL certificate that we use to enable rights management has expired.

  We have created a new which now works fine, but we would like to know if there is a way to control or extend the expiration date of the certificate, such as 3 months is a very short time.

  The server SSL certificate is used for active between Acrobat and LiveCycle Rights Management Server to encrypt HTTP traffic.  It 'does NOT' management of rights in itself.  In other words, even if at the end of the ceriticate SSL, Adobe LiveCycle Rights Management will continue to work.

  You do not control the expiration date of the certificate.  The -validity argument allows you to control, in terms of days.  3650 will set the expiry of 10 years from the date of creation.

• Blank apps and icons for the use of cellular data

  Under settings > cellular, "Cellular data for usage" list, the first two rows are for some unknown applications, lack of title and icons. I guess they are vestiges of the apps that I deleted, but I fear that they are malicious software or a another bug. I tried to reset my phone and made sure it was sync properly with my apps on my mac, but these missing apps are still there (see photo). Any suggestion on what these empty applications can be, and if I should disable cell phone use just in case? Thank you.

  

  It is not malware. I think that your proposal about it being the remains of the applications that you may have deleted would be closer to what past. I saw the same thing on all of my iOS devices. This icon is the 'framework' all the app icons based on. In other words, if you stripped the face from the application icon, you will see which frame.

  It won't do harm to turn off cellular data for these applications. It could even lead to a discovery about what applications they are, if you try to use with cellular data off the coast and they don't work. I just think they are icons that are not displayed correctly.
