  Hello
  There is a problem with the passing of input (e.g. in processflow) parameter for the Mapiing model with non-Oracle target.
  
  According to literature OWB parameter mapping Input operator only is not supported if the target table is non-Oracle
  (and really OWB error VLD-1330: assignment of invalid code model.) Enforcement unit... contains PL/SQL INPUT_PARAMETER operator and only Oracle target models of code can be assigned to it.).
  
  Are there ways to pass parameters to the model mapping in processflow?

  Variable duration can be used to substitute values during execution.
  Variable duration can act as an input parameter (I don't know what looks like your CT mappings and what it does).

  (1) export shortcuts to an xml file

  (2) Edit to add an entry for the shortcut of model code

  This entry must be inserted into the hash corresponding to oracle/dbtools/worksheet/editor/accelerators.xml table

  (3) recharging the file momentarily use Alt + T to the model code.

  I am going through process flows that contain cards that I can't find.
  It's maps created by previous employees who are no longer here. I'm just trying to follow their work.

  However when I go in the back and watch packages OWB generated after they deployed, I can find the generated package that bears the name of this card, that I see in the process flow.

  Is there a search function in the end before the OWB I can run to see where this card or if it exists?

  If I trace a session, run a map OWB (base line), the trace file contains the actual SQL query?

• Help with the enforcement code model

  I need to find a way to apply a pattern that I can't enforce through the specification of the normal template.

  I have a field that must be two numeric characters.  If only a numeric character is entered, then it must be two characters, with the first main character being zero.  So, if you enter 3, then the field becomes 03.

  In addition, none of the non-numeric characters cannot be accepted.  Unfortunately, if I try to specify a model in a numeric field, then it converts all non-numeric characters zeros!  Who does not work for my application.

  The plan I came up with is this: make the field so that it is not wide enough for the characters to width fixed to fit and check the box to limit the length of field to the visible area.  Then enter the code on the output event that will check the characters who had entered one at a time, first the left then the right.  It can examine the ASCII values for these characters to ensure that they represent 0 to 9 digits; This would mean that the ASCII value of each character must be greater than or equal to 48 and less than or equal to 57.  If one of the characters does not pass this test, then the computer will beep (as it does when I try to enter an alphabetic character in a numeric or decimal field, if it is possible to make a beep like that) and the field is cleaned.

  Can someone help me with this code?  I know I have to use javascript instead of formcalc (since there is no function ASCII in formcalc I know), and I don't know javascript, so I'm at a loss.

  As with most of the code, there are a number of ways to do this. Here is an example that you can add to the event of output of the field in question and make sure that the language is set to JavaScript, or well the code generates an error. I've added comments for you to see what is happening:

  This field must be a text field for the '0' to be added to the front, otherwise, if it is a numeric field, the code will try to add the '0' mathematically the number entered and you'll end up with a single digit again.

  Yes... needs tables with the keys to the less defined in OWB.

  You can set OWB keys, they do not need to be deployed in the system... just metadata indicating CDC infrastructure what are the columns of the unique identification for the lines.

  You can modify port ORMI in OWB_HOME\owb\jrt\config\rmi.xml configuration file - look at the label rmi-server for the port and ssl port attributes.
  Change for example to 24791 and 24943 and try to start the CCA. Change the script ccashut.bat (from OWB_HOME\owb\bin\win32 directory) - locate the string ormi://localhost:23791 and change it to ormi://localhost:24791 (without this change you can't stop CCA).
  Don't forget to change this port in the location of the CCA of OWB Design Center

  But I want to run any mapping (not as running one). Since I'm not sure that the sequences of the mapping.
  
  I want to start the first mapping and must perform all the mapping automatically load until the end. Any help is appreciated.

  I'm new to OWB (but not oracle) and I'm trying to use a database as a source for some intermediate tables mysql.
  I have installed and configured the jdbc drivers in order to connect to the mysql database, well.
  the source mysql database is on a server other than the target of the oracle
  I used the script from David Allans to create maps of different attributes in ombplus and now the mysql database metadata are correctly imported.
  
  However, when I try to use mysql as the source database in the target (oracle) database it returns

  A mapping that reside in a module of Oracle or a unit of execution with the assigned objective Oracle code model cannot directly access objects residing in the heterogeneous native modules.   Have you used the classical mapping? (I hope that your mapping in model mappings).

  What code templates that you can use mapping of CT?

  The MySQL tables should not be part of a unit of arbitrary executiong to which ORACLE_DEFAULT_TARGET_CT is applied.
  They must be part of a unit of execution as LCT_SQL_TO_ORACLE.
