  Normally it is not possible to change the background on Windows 7 starter then maybe an upgrade to Home Premium would be an option.

  If you're looking for with Google you will find good tutorials how to change the background. There is another program called * Oceanis change background Windows 7 * who can change the background.

• Change background color of page newtab to black.

  I can't change the background color of my page newtab to something other than white that it is today. Navigation in a dark room is extremely blinding, when opening the newtab page. In the past, I modified my file userContent.css with the following (among others):

  He has always worked and got the results I want, but given that I have updated to Firefox 42.0 this morning it doesn't seem to work. My background color of the newtab is white broken and is much too bright for my taste.

  I have a strong preference NOT to install additional modules to do this, as it should be easy to do from the userContent.css file. Don't know why my code doesn't work anymore...

  If I take the following in userContent.css, * {background-color: #000000;}, she to obvious effect to all black, including the newtab cell background. This tells me I can put a background, I just need the proper syntax.

  I have a title created in movement-5 and use it in FCPX.  It has a JPEG file as a background for the title.

  I imported several JPEG files with an idea to create a Rig with a pop up widget and assign a jpeg to every shot.

  The basic idea is to change the decorations in FCPX.   But for some reason I couldn't succeed.

  I saw the changing colors, animations etc. using test platforms.  Is it possible for sets as where the bottom is the JPEG file.

  I have currently some 30 titles each, with a background of different jpeg.

  Is this possible to do just a title with a platform containing 30 background files and then edit them in FCPX

  According to the needs.

  Appreciate any help in this regard.

  put all 30 (that's a lot! here: three...) in your project.

  in this example, for cosmetics, I made a "background pix" group

  My question is how can I change this only when the indicator is at the point, I mean when the cursor is in this area.

  I just started my own business and I would like to send email to brief business on my webcam - a Cyberlink YouCam5.  I thought it would be cool to change the background of my webcam and replace it with the name of my company: National employee benefits Services, Inc. - letters purple - white Uni... Although I have heard of "green screen", I have no idea how to proceed, and it doesn't seem that there's nothing in Windows Movie Maker to help.  Suggestions for a novice would be greatly appreciated.  -J' hope - would it be as easy as my Firmenlogo in Word or Publisher, and then somehow transferred to my webcam?

  It seems that you are facing problems in Cyberlink webcam to change the background.

  -What operating system is installed on your computer?

  AS the Cyberlink Youcam 5 isn't a registerd Microsoft product, I suggest you to contact the manufacturer of the webcam to see if they have any software installation according to your needs or to use your favorite search engine to find the application that meets your requirements.

  Initially, the background of the sidebar of Windows Vista Home Premium SP2 (64-bit) was a transparent extension of the background of the desktop (photo).  No known reason, the background of the sidebar changed to solid white and seems to be above (coating) wallpaper (apparently under sidebar area).  The wallpaper is unchanged; It now seems to be covered by the sidebar with its own white solid.  Gadgets can be added and removed without problem (gadgets working properly when it is present).  The closure of the sidebar, the wallpaper in the sidebar appears and fills the screen filling a transparent image.  How can I get the sidebar settings to the initial setting, such as the background of the sidebar (with OPEN sidebar) is basically transparent so that the wallpaper is displayed in the sidebar?  I cannot find any setting of the option / which restores the side bar to its original state, transparent background.

  The display of the sidebar is the same to the left or right of your desktop.  I have the max value display resolution: 1680 x 1050 with a photo as background 1680 x 1050.  I have "the sidebar is always above other windows" option is NOT selected.  I tried other background images more low resolution.

I'm not able to put a background on my desktop.. 5 days back I found the black background after connection... all the icons are intact...
