  IM able to download installer of creative on my mac cloud, after that I have double click on the installer and enter my password for creative cloud changes, nothing happens. It goes the same for CC in Photoshop and Lightroom CC. I tried the adobe cleaner and it did not help. I bought the composition for editing photos for a client. If Im not able to download creative cloud, any suggestions?

  This can be interpreted in two ways.  I could be interpreted as saying that you enter your creative cloud password to allow the changes to your machine.  In this case, it is more likely that you will need to enter your password in Mac security instead.

  As you mentioned that the installer of creative cloud is not replying to the questionnaire, please disable Antivirus, firewall computer temporarily and try again. If it still does not work, please download a fresh install and install from: Download Adobe Creative Cloud apps | Free trial Adobe Creative Cloud.

  Right have so this problem started about two days ago. Everything was fine before this. But later I decided to uninstall after effects and reinstall.   You can have the creative cloud installed and signed in on two computers as long as you don't use it on one at a time. Download and install as you did on the first computer, sign in to your Adobe account on the Adobe using your Adobe ID website, download the desktop app from clouds, then download the software. Sign on a computer that should not be used: log in and log out of the desktop Adobe Creative Cloud application
