To change the primary parent account that is associated with your child's account, you need to remove the primary parent. This will remove all restriction settings you requested to your child. After removing the primary parent, you will need to restore on behalf of the child under the new primary parent and the installer restriction again. To do this, please follow the steps below:
1. go to https://familysafety.microsoft.com and sign up using the primary parent account.
2. after accessing it, you will see the main page and a list of family members who are associated with the account main parent. Click manage the list of the members of the family , this option is next to make a family member, a parent.
3. on this page, you can remove the Member who is under your account. You can also remove the primary parent by clicking on the checkbox next to the name of the main account.
4. Once you have chosen, all members that are related to your account will be also included.
5. click on the Remove button and confirm the operation.
Once this has been done, you will have to restore on behalf of the child under the new primary parent account. To do this, please follow the steps below:

7. check This is a child account? Turn on family safety for PC usage reports.
8. click on Finish.
After you create the child account, you can then go to the Family Safety website, log in using the parent account and then manage restrictions and control of your child options.

Subsequently, iPhoto was not longer working, and all of our 25 000 photos have been migrated to (imported in) Photos (1.5 V).
Unfortunately, most of the dates of the individual photos have been completely changed (f.i. 06/03/2015 instead of 02/05/2012). Because the dates of the photos has changed our about 1000 albums were converted by the software and unnecessary for us.
We are quite desperate

Laurens, do you still have the original iPhoto library?
And have you tried to update to iPhoto 9.6.1 - this version will work on El Capitan.
You can update to iPhoto 9.6.1, if your iPhoto 11 library appears on the tab of the AppStore purchases. You can't update a version of disk install iLife to iPhoto, unfortunately. Tip to see Barney:

You may be able to transfer your gamertag to another ID Windows Live ID. If you are on a child's account, then you will need to contact the person who made the parent account to adjust your settings. See the link below on how to transfer your gamertag. If it does not my only suggestion would be to create a new Windows Live ID.

Outlook express duplicate messages
We recently had Comcast to att uverse & changed our settings in outlook express but now receive duplicate e-mail messages. Pretty much confirms that it is outside interference. You have McAfee on both machines? Close all programs and temporarily disable McAfee on both machines. Send a short test message now.
Norton and McAfee are two of the worst programs to use with Windows e-mail clients. They cause conflicts and must be removed in favour of a less intrusive program like NOD32, (not free), Avast or Microsoft Security Essentials, (both free). I use MSE on all my machines and it works fine.

My father set up his account of Microsoft on his (using windows 8 on a laptop and a phone)
and something so he's done with 3 alias (* address email is removed from the privacy *, * address email is removed from the privacy * and * address email is removed from the privacy *).
E-mail address is removed from the privacy * being its primary. He also uses the windows mail app, where name@gmail and googlemail appear.
Only the googlemail is usable - gmail "is already added.
I can't delete gmail from there because it is the primary alias - it uses to connect.

If it was the default password admin account then it's probably the admin account that has changed, you can run reports to audit in Shared Services, but to be honest, they are pretty useless, in the HSS database there is a table named CSS_USERS and a column called updatedby which will show the user who has made changes to the account updatedtimestamp last and column to indicate when
