Thing was is about;
- Sign in and nearby CC
- Empty folder temp (run-> %Temp%)
- Reconnect to CC
- Restart LR-install, it will fail again. Do not touch
- In the temp folder, look for a subfolder called Lightroom_5_CCM_LS1_win6, with the Adobe_Lightroom_x64.msi file in it.
- Run install from file mentioned - that works (should work and it is to me) OK
- Sign out and close CC
- Sign of return to-> now Lightroom 5.3 is listed as installed and up to date!
