My account has been inativated because I did not renew my subscription last. In fact I had to fofanaidriss my previous credit card and, as I did not go to the payment information on my account, the payment could be made and services was interrupted.
Now I am buying a new signature with other credit cards, but after you press payment agreement button it pops up the message "there was a problem processing your request, please contact our Service team customer number 0800 8921704 for assistance.
But a number of Brazilian and now I'm in Ireland, so I can't call assintance.
How can I solve this?

I bought my PC about year ago. I have windows 8 installed from the beginning. Right after the purchase, I was told by the shop assistant to reset my Windows, so I did as Fallows: parameters - parameters Change PC - general - all remove and reinstall Windows---> who he was. It went ok, no problem, no need to insert additional disks (which I did not at the time of the purchase, by the way - saleswoman told me that recovery of windows, the files are already on the hard drive). so now after 1 year I am planing to reset or at least update my PC again... but I IMPOSSIBLE. If your system does not on Windows 8.0 updated the BIOS with the latest version before using the installation media:
