Friends,

We have an obligation to have our symbol portal home page of some sort to turn to different colors when the system is under construction or when our web application is ready.

Some kind of symbol to show green when things are running and red when things are under construction(i.e.). Updated systems, system failure, etc.

If someone get involved with some suggestions or the document or code that we can use, I really appreciate the help.

There are two aspects of it: when the system is installed, but have errors or when it is down.

1. the thing you want to implement can be designed by exploring options in the portal of error handling. You can identify errors and then use some models or your error-base-sheets of style or other dynamically.

2. for the second scenario, you need something that also works when the server is not responding or is down. Such things would require intervention at the level OS and redirecting to a page which can have the look you want.

Symbol of human task - change
Hello

This may be an odd condition. I just want to know the feasibility.

We have a symbol for human task in the BPMN model type.
It has a Rectangle with a human image in the corner.

The requirement is we will have different colors in the single human image in this symbol.

Similar to patterns Oracle EBS Flow to represent who is performing this activity. (For example 'clerk' in one color and 'Manager' in a different color)

Opportunity:
We can have different paths in BPMN to reflect this requirement.

But I just want to know if we can copy the symbols and create new symbols with change (symbol editor Thru)

Hello

Yes, your assumption is correct. You can create different symbols in the symbol editor or even other graphics applications. Create the symbol you want and save it as amf - or emf file. My post to BPMN 1.1 explains how to add new symbols to your filter.

Change the apperence of key so all instances on the page change as well?
I want my own design Fireworks button so I can easily change his appearance and all instances of it on the page will be updated, keeping the changes I made to their text.

At the moment, ive done my button in design and change / symbol / convert to symbol. I can then change the text in the properties panel, but how do I change the appearance of all instances of button?

What you have to realize is that it.
When you convert objects (text, shapes, etc.) to a symbol (in your case, a button), all these objects get "condensed" into a single object symbol. You interact (changes) with the elements of each symbol (text, shapes, etc.) by entering symbol Edit Mode (as mentioned above).

Just double-click on the symbol on the canvas, make changes, and then click Done (FW3) / home navigation icon (FW4).

I need to create a block history of revision for my schematic drawings

I tried to use the title block Editor to make a list of the revision history block, but I can't get away from the structure of the cartridge with its types of fields forced, etc..

Hi Tod,

Right-click your title block, and then select change symbol/cartridge to open the title blocks editor. Here's a screenshot for reference:

We will begin by drawing the borders. The blue circle shows the limit of resizing area. Click here to change the size of the area where you want to draw the cartridge.

Now place the headers (green circle): click on the text icon in the toolbar, type REV1, etc..

Finally, place the custom fields (red circle), this is the info that you can modify when you double-click the title block. To enter in these select fields fields > Custom Field 1, 2, etc.

Close the title block Editor, double-click on the title block and enter the information for your custom fields.

I've also attached the title block I created.

You can select the element on the stage and use the properties panel to change to a chart, and for the library symbols you can right click > click Properties > change symbol type in the menu drop-down

Something like this:
Find #H and change glyphs unicode 2665 with fonts ITC Zapf Dingbats Std and name of the red color.
Find #R and change glyph unicode 2666 with fonts ITC Zapf Dingbats Std and name of the red color.
Find #K and change glyphs unicode 2663 with fonts ITC Zapf Dingbats Std and black color name.

<2600>etc. are Unicode symbols costume, not the glyph ID values. {And confuses you text and Grep ratings for Unicode characters: <2600>is used in the replacements or the \x{2600, the text searches} in Grep. To change symbols and apply character styles, you can use a script like this:

Since there is nothing GREPpy what you are looking for you can use find/changeText too, but grep replacements tend to be faster than text replacements.

Hello. I've been running PeopleTools 8,53 Internet Architecture with Oracle Database 11 g 1 material and OS Oracle Linux 5 for awhile. PSADMIN connection in the browser of the user successfully. All applications run correctly.
A few weeks ago, I started an application server and received the error message as below:
"Password expires less than 6 days. Could not sign on user PSADMIN. »
I followed the tutorial of Nicolas http://gasparotto.blogspot.com/2010/03/psovm-sysadms-password-policy.html to do step by step below:
Step 1:
SQL > select username, ACCOUNT_STATUS, EXPIRY_DATE, PROFILE of dba_users;
His output: 10 rows back as below:
OUTLN Expired (Grace) 15 April 14 by DEFAULT
MYNAME Expired (Grace) 15 April 14 by DEFAULT
PEOPLE Expired (Grace) 15 April 14 by DEFAULT
PS Expired (Grace) 15 April 14 by DEFAULT
SYS Expired (Grace) 15 April 14 by DEFAULT
By default the SYSTEM Expired (Grace) 15 April 14
TSMSYS expired & locked by DEFAULT

I do the same for the PEOPLE, PS, SYS, SYSTEM and OUTLN user.
Step 5:
SQL > select username, ACCOUNT_STATUS, EXPIRY_DATE, PROFILE of dba_users;
Its outputs:
OUTLN, MYNAME, PEOPLE, PS, SYS, SYSTEM, ACCOUNT_STATUS for each one is OPEN and no expiration date.
Finally, I start application server and got the error in APPSRV_0422.LOG as below:
«GenMessage Box (0,0,M): database access code: access code invalid or password database Signon.» Server was able to start. »
I think that the access code for the database feature is PSADMIN but is not in the table dba_users.
In the configuration of the Application Server domain: UserId is PSADMIN, login Id is "people".
I see no error in the above 5 steps to solve the issue expired password.
My question is:
All folk can help solve a problem 'Access Code invalid or pwd for identification of the database?

VMware workstation 9.01, vmware-modconfig vmci compilation fail w / core > 3.5

I pulled a deb pre-build for 3, 8-exton kernel package and installed. As usual, the version.h is in a new location with core post 3.5.
VMware is not the kernel source packages, so I have a symbolic link of the version.h file by the following:
sudo ln-s /usr/src/linux-headers-3.8.0-6-exton/include/generated/uapi/linux/version.h /usr/src/linux-headers-3.8.0-6-exton/include/linux/version.h
With that, I tried to vmware-mod--console--install-all--verbose, everything compiles but VMCI defective and will not compile. Change symbols?
VMware-modconfig is attached.
Any thoughts?

Yes, but this has no effect at all, which is really confusing. The area in her repeat the Message will stay always aligned; I think it's because of the way the review is presented for the wrong answers, where a (large) table will be inserted and it would be difficult to achieve with the text aligned left or centered correctly. In CP5 that this possibility (unemployed) isn't there anymore, that is why I forgot it. In CP5.5 review has totally changed, symbols are now used to correct/incorrect feedback.

Scaling of images without damaging them?

How a STEP resample images when you descale them?
This has probably been asked by anyone who has never used Fireworks, but I couldn't find anything by searching for previous posts on the subject.
And if you get wrong the proportions of an unhinged image you can get it back? without resampling of course.

When you import a bitmap image, convert it to a symbol (right click > convert to symbol - or - change > symbol > convert to symbol - or - F8 key). When you reduce the image it will keep the data of the image at full size, so you can then expand again until the original size without loss of quality.

Regarding the proportions, the best practice is of course never ruin everything first (which is really not a lot ask of someone who the work includes the design.) It's a skill very very basic), but if you were to lose the correct aspect ratio you can always edit the symbol, get the proportions of the bitmap in the symbol, noting the size and then apply it to the instance of the symbol in the document by entering the size manually.

1. Flash adds the symbol to the library. The selection on the stage becomes an instance of the symbol. Once you have created a symbol, you can edit it in symbol-editing mode by choosing Edit > edit symbols, or you can change it in the context of the scene by choosing Edition > edit in Place. You can also change the registration point of a symbol.
No such thing as Edit-> edit symbols in Flash CS4, as far as I know. Edit in Place, I cannot change the registration point. So, I'm missing here? The manual is wrong?

I don't know what's CS4 Extended, but in Flash CS4 Professional Edition symbols is in the Edit menu.

Change symbols does not appear in the context menu, so the manual talks about the Edit menu only, and not the one you get when you right-click on a symbol on the stage.

Newby... How to install or can install a pack of brushes or vector.

I downloaded a pack of vector, as they call it and some vectors called dead trees and wings etc... Can it be installed or I just open the set of vectors and use the one that I want? I tried dropping them in the library of vector and I also tried to open their place by using the other library and the location on my hard drive but it does not work. Any help with this would be much appreciated. Thank you.

Open the file in the eyes of Illustrator in the symbols Panel and see if they are symbols. Looks like they aren't.

If they are not symbols, drag them into the symbols Panel, you too this one at a time. then save the symbols as a symbol library, giving it a location and a name.

You can now load the symbol library and choose whatever symbol you want in any document. If you want to change the symbol, you can by clicking twice to go into isolation mode or use the change symbol on the Control Panel icon.

If Tom already are symbols then save the symbols as a library.

Then flyout symbols load symbols but who must have work if you simply use other libraries and charged so it doesn't sound like they are symbols
