I can manually return and continue working. But next time ill start it happens everywhere. It's a little boring. All other Adobe applications seem to work well.

  Photoshop cannot normally change your screen resolution, but there are applications that can be configured to change the resolution as launching an application.   A draft resolution is defined by the first clip that you put in the timeline.  Create a new project, then put a 720 p clip in the timeline panel.  After that copy and paste all the old project into the new.  You can now delete the first clip if you wish.
