  I think that your answer should have worked but... I solved the problem already yesterday! The solution was restore the system to a previous restore point, but these, like last month, when the rapid change of user feature still worked. It took me a few minutes to do and my data were unchanged.
  It seems that the problem came from one of the Microsoft updates. I got the system configured for automatic updates and these are quite common. I have now disabled the automatic update option as the system is stable as is.

  This is why I hate to let people use my laptop because it was totally fine before, now iv noticed the start menu and the bar at the bottom of the screen with my programs in switched to a classic display, I thought I'd be able to switch back to the updated easily but its doesn't work simply do not!   There is no way to display the menu all programs when you click on the Start button. Start is similar to a toolbar. When you select it, it will show all the different components that you can access.

  You can use the restore or refresh options without going in the settings of the PC.  Read the instructions carefully, it says:
