Changing waveform offset

Hello

Can someone tell me how read the x-Offset of an existing waveform channel, then set a new value.

The increment of reading works with: ChnPropGet ("[1] / Kanal1", "wf_increment")

But I do not know the Propertyname right for this. And in help, I can't find anything.

Thank you

Gabriel

Hello Gabriel!

His name is wf_start_offset.

BTW: You can drag and drop property in the property list, in the script feature to get the names

  • Change the offset of the window: Mac OSX

    Hi all:

I currently encounter some problems when executing hearing 5.5 on an iMac OSX 10.6 (2.7 GHz Quad core i5 / 4 GB). Talked to adobe [which was comical] support and they had no idea what it was. Here's just a sample of what's going on:

Zoom is extremely laggy during playback and stop. Scroll in waveform and it takes a solid 3 seconds to realize I want to zoom. What's worse, is that if I try to toggle playback during the zoom, it's game over. He must honestly 4 seconds for it to finally stop playing and glitchily to zoom out. I even install a hardware monitor to record what was going on while doing this and everything has been almost idling; CPU, GPU, memory, everything. But the hearing was off silently have a heart attack. I tried to adjust some settings latency to see if maybe that was, but no dice. Come a few not admin, prefs deleted, everything except the relocation with the tech guy but nothing. I would like to reinstall, but honestly I don't think that is the question. There is not yet any delay in multitrack view. So I am at a loss.

I guess what I'm looking for, what if someone else has experienced this problem. We use on our terrible PC with zero problems 3.0. It is a little irritating to have your boss purchase this software [expensive], explaining that it will be exactly the same if not better than CS3, only to have it almost unusable. Any help would be appreciated!

Spent some time digging in this on different systems in our lab and have information.

The first has to do with the scroll wheel of mouse OS X Messaging at the OS level.  The operating system will appear in the queue and send EACH scrolling ' click on ' so if you are quick, has thousands of messages scrolling is generated for each increment of small and sent instead to collect a single "swipe" and generates a message with a large increment.  It was discovered and addressed during the CS 5.5 development cycle, but in my opinion, it's still not as smooth as similar actions under Windows.

However, which still doesn't explain the extreme performance, you have described.  While we had not all the systems that were identical to yours, many were close.  I also found zoom in 10.6.8 performance degradation when the iMac, I used had a Radeon HD 4850 graphics chip.  You can check what specific graphic system is in your iMac?  You can find it by clicking on the Apple icon in the upper left corner, select about this Mac, by clicking on the 'info' button, then clicking on hardware > monitors/video cards.

If you are able to capture a little video clip of this behavior, it would be useful to see if it is close to what I saw.  Operation of a zoom that felt much slower with this configuration on other systems of mac, I tried to make a small selection and then click on the 'Zoom to selection' button (SHIFT + S as a shortcut.)  On most systems, it's snapshot, but with the Radeon graphics chip, it took more than a second to perform the operation.

    Thank you.

  • Graphical evolution of waveform changes during execution

    Hello

I'm just started learning Labview graphical programming. It's so interesting that text-based programming.

The first issue is of course acquire analyze and display. But on the screen how to change the X axis and Y, scale of the axes during execution values.

Maybe you should b a little more clearly what kind of values you want to change. (range, offset, multiplier, etc..)

For example, to change the interval-y, yscale user property...... minimum or maximum range. The interval-x is a little more complicated, because you're dealing with a graph, when the x offset the changes automatically the history buffer is updated.

Of course you must also make sure to disable autoscaling, else it will be for the next update.

You can also change the formatting of the x axis. at the moment you show zero decimal digits. Also an axis 'style' with a few values more would be better.

  • offset and the multiplier

    Hello

I want to start this graph from scratch by changing the offset property and the multiplier chart. How can I do this?

-It will be nice if you can crop or only required post image/screenshot region instead of this huge screenshot including very little info.
-Graphic right click > properties > scale > you have the required parameters.

I did this test in 11.2.0.3 and I get the value without the "starting strength". Who can tell me why? Thank you very much.

  • Menu animated - tile Offset is empty

I use the first Elements 8 on a Windows 7 PC.  I'll put up my menus to drive for 10 scenes, all with a Motion Menu button.  I have successfully installed three of the 10 scenes, but the other 7 are in black and white.  I tried to change the offset of the tile by entering a value and rubbing them, but she is still a Virgin.  What I am doing wrong?

    Winslow,

I'm glad that you were able to get the project work.

I would always omit the marker to stop at the end of the timeline, as it is not necessary, and have an a caused problems for many.

I had worked on a similar DVD to yours, but one of my 'test' a calendar. I had manually spread my along she and Previewed chapter markers. Then the closer and closer in some places. Still a fine. I then offset, by the method you describe - washing of gases, and it still worked. I had to stop markers and chapter markers, to return to the main Menu for each "chapter". Always worked. I was unable to replicate what you saw, but then didn't work on my calendar, so there WERE differences, but do not know what I was missing in my test because I could not display thumbnails, you had. Something was different, and then you beat me to the punch, by getting your project to behave properly.

Don't you think that it was the offset in your original project, which caused the problem?

For me, it was a good exercise, because, as I said, I use Adobe Encore and no pre to the author, so I had little practice with the creation in pre. There are some differences between these two programs, although they share a bit of the same code. I also learned to dust off Steve PrE book, just to refresh my memory about the creation. Thank you for to be in pre, exploring its capabilities and get me back on Muvipix Guide to pre.

Thank you for reporting your success, and if all goes well, then you can mark your thread as response - by this article: http://forums.adobe.com/thread/1058744?tstart=0

  • Offset ball and divide distance of gutter

Is it possible to change the offset between a chip and the text he "balls"? And is there a way to reduce the gutter in the new paragraph split function. The Division works well, but the gap looks like a fence with a missing card or a scale divided in front my eyes your teeth. I adjusted it too small as it will go, but was still not convinced.

    Thank you

    Joe

The left indent of the paragraph to something small style and first line indent has a corresponding negative value. If the value is too small for the width of the ball, ID will add a tab between the bullet and the text, but if you inclrease the value slightly it should be good. Somewhere around de.08 type pt 12 inches seems about as small as you want to go.

  • What exactly does Inline object offset 'Y '?

    Hello world

I'm confused on the subject line y offset. Does that mean exactly? I looked on the help of adobe, here's what it says.

    Inline
Aligns the object anchored with the baseline of the insertion point. You can adjust the offset Y to position the object above or below the base line. This is the default type of the anchored object. In earlier versions of InDesign, these objects were called graphics.

Then. the baseline is the insertion point?  If the offset is a negative number, doesn't mean that the base line moves upward? How is the object does not move? assistance from adobe say, 'solve it is offset to position the object above or below the base line', it means not the base line should stay and the object moves as a result?

    Thank you very much!

The behavior of inlines is also linked to the leadingof of the line in which they find themselves. When the line spacing specified, a line the line begins with the lower edge on the base line and spacing for the whole line is adjusted height of the inserted object. Change the offset y in such cases would appear to make the object appear fixed while moving the base line upwards or downwards. Is happening what is the amount of 'auto' driving is being adjusted to compensate for the offset.

If the line that the object is inserted using a fixed attack, this attack is in the spotlight, and the inserted object can cover part of the text above. Change the offset will make the Forum appear to move upward or to the low bit at the base, which will be fixed by the assigned key.

Would be great if someone could help me solve this kernel panic/crash...!

    Concerning

You could try and isolate the cause or help out as much as possible

and then at some point, if no front wheel drive can occur, arrange a visit to a

Apple Store with Genius (they can search on the computer) or an authorized Apple

Service provider; Among these are designations of premium or a specialist where

available which can also be permitted at Apple, companies independent retailers.

    • Try safe mode if your Mac does not end commissioning - Apple Support

Any kernel panic messages and routines that can help to determine their cause

or their scope; and sometimes a way to solve...

    • OS X Yosemite: If your Mac restarts and a message

Read the link above and try what is suggested to see what details are drawn.

The first link shows Safe Mode instructions as a way to start + troubleshoot.

Something else to try to see if the effect is a software is to try another user account:

    • How to test a problem in another account user on your Mac - Apple Support

Other useful ideas and suggestions can be found in other related sources:

    • Generic "Resolve Kernel Panic" instructions + troubleshooting - the XLab:

    http://www.thexlab.com/FAQs/kernelpanics.html

    • Technical note TN2063: understanding and debugging the kernel panics:

    https://developer.Apple.com/library/Mac/TechNotes/tn2063/_index.html

Because hardware and software leads behind the kernel panics, the message

refers to a starting point. The technical Note shows details on debugging

or understand the messages coded; Although dating a bit it is a resource fair.

    Good luck to this issue!

  • iMac hangs after update of recent software - "an element of the liberated area has been modified in the area of pipe.

I have an iMac 21.5 "2009 end which I never had no problem with. It is Yosemite 10.10.5 running and after a recent software update has become very unstable. After I restarted recently he crashed 5 times a day. It seems to be the internet causing the problem (I use Google and Safari and had adbloc on Google).

This is a copy of the last problem report. Any help would be appreciated.

  • WinRE disabled after resizing partition recovery of Lenovo and OneKey Re works

    System: Lenovo Yoga 700-14ISK 80QD

The almost 4 GB of free space on the partition of Lenovo have been very tempting, after researching if it is safe and also, I decided to give it a go by using a 3rd party free software has saved me several times in the past (MiniTool Partition Wizard). Interesting that most tutorials on create a recovery drive and the removal of the partition, but I decided for now to get just the free space until it takes more, and I did not find that resizing with 3rd party software will mess up your WinRe settings only once this has been done. Here's the info of the agent:

    /Info C:\Windows\System32>REAgentC
Recovery environment Windows (WINRE) and system reset
    Information:

    Status of Windows RE: disabled
    WINRE location:
Identifier of the Configuration Data (BCD) of startup: 47251840-c09c-11e5-af06-00808a8e1ce5
    Location of recovery image:
    Image Recovery index: 0
    Location of the custom image:
The index of the custom image: 0

    REAGENTC. EXE: Successful Operation.

After resizing and the recovery agent control, I realized that I lost details such as the location of the partition, offset and id. After changing the System32/recovery with outreach and id ReAgent.Xml it was not enough to allow that the path for the location of winre etc miss me him.

This is what my file looks like now:

Can someone help me and give me the necessary adjustments?

My laptop works fine and OneKey recovery works well, except that I cannot create a recovery drive more. Thank you.

After watching my partitions and shifts again, I modified the agent accordingly re and now I am able to create a recovery drive.

    Solution:

    1. Mode of high open CMD
    2. type diskpart
    3. partition of type list
    4. use select partition = x where x is the number of the partition that you are interested to see the details
    5. partition detail to see GUID, offset and other type information
    6. Type exit
    7. Change Windows/System32/Recovery/ReAgent.xml
      • Change path, offset, and guid for tag WinreLocation
      • That's why your score are hidden to make sure that the path looks like this:
        • \\?\GLOBALROOT\device\harddiskY\partitionX\Recovery\WindowsRE
        • Where is the number of hard disk - usually so unique 0
        • Where X is the partition for WinRE number determined in step 4
      • Apply the same logic to PBRImageLocation tag to partition LENOVO_PART
    8. In CMD type reagentc /info and now you should be able to see your location
    9. If step 8 failed try reagentc first enable and repeat step 8
    10. I don't know if it is relevant or not, but a computer restart might help and repeat steps 8, 9

  • Readed hexadecimal string converted to a decimal number.

Hello! I do a vi to check the hours of the lamp of my Sony projector. I send a hexadecimal command which is: A901 dignitaries 1301 0000 139 a senators. When the projector receives answer with 1901 1302 0031 339. 0031 corresponds to the data that I need to convert it to decimal because it tells me how many hours we used the lamp. How can I get this read-separated string to get only the third part of hexadecimal numbers converted to decimal? Thanks in advance!

    Hey rounded!

As the data is in a format string, the hexadecimal number VI string should work well in this case.

To enter only a single figure of this string to use in the hexadecimal number string VI, then I suggest using the string subset VI; Returns a specified segment of a string. By changing the offset of entry which determines which part of the string data is beginning to be analyzed from and changing the length to control the amount of characters to analyze, you will be able to enter the character that you want to convert.

    Kind regards

  • Is - this command D2CurveSpecOffs working for a graphic bar in DIAdem 11.0?

    Hello

I have a difficulty to get the command D2CurveSpecOffs works for my custom vertical bar graph (histogram).  I'm opening and closing of the objectnames very well, since I can adjust other aspects of the graph.  As I understand it, D2CurveSpecOffs allows me to compensate for the vertical bar on the left to the right relative to the value it represents on the x-axis?  Right now, it seems that the bar is centered on the value of x.  But because each bar in my bar chart represents a different range, i.e. of the counts of 0.25 to 0.5 = 1000, I would that the right edge of the bar to align with 0.5 (0.5 aligns with 1000 as the x-axis channels & y axis), to my knowledge, maybe I should put the D2CurveSpecOffs = 100 or - 100, etc..

    Example of 2 channels:

    (Ch1) Counts, values (Ch2)

    0.25, 1200

    0.5, 1000

    1, 125

    2: 13

    etc.

Maybe I'm not completely understand what D2CurveSpecOffs allows me to do.  I'd appreciate your comments.

    -GvG

    GvG,

D2CurveSpecOffs does not allow to specify the offset of percentage on the x-axis for bar charts. You can see the photos, I enclose below before and after. I would recommend that you change the offset manually in the report and then with the parameters of the curves window, press Ctrl + A, this will copy your settings, and you can then go into your script file and press Ctrl + V to paste the settings changed by your name of graph and the curve already filled. It seems that the value that you specify with Offset is used in conjunction with the bar width to calculate its final position, so, even if you leave the shift even change the width, your bars will move.

    Clarify the advice above

    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    As you're already understand, Rite and oak, you can not re - align the line on the live (editable text). If you are ready to engage in the type that is in its final form, you can select and choose Type > vectorize and you can align the stroke to the outside using the button you showed up in the first screenshot. Once the type is converted to be vectorised text, you will not be able to edit the text well.
    1. To keep the type direct (and editable), select the text and choose window > appearance:
    2. Click on the button fx on the bottom row and the path > offset. In the example below, I put the offset to 1 pt to move outside the text.
    3. If you want to change the offset, click again on the road to orange underlined lag in the appearance Panel, and not on the fx button.
