  There was a workaround solution posted, but I have not tested it myself.

  The bug has been fixed in Firefox 10, then you might want to try installing the beta version if you feel that it is important enough.

  Hi Annmac,

  Generally, you will see a bar at the top of the page asking you if you want to allow pop-up windows. This happens to you?

  If this isn't the case, you got nothing to worry about. You can add an exception for the blocker. Take a look at this article and it will show you how to allow popups for a particular site.

• The Adobe product improvement program popup freezes and won't let me open Illustrator

  The popup for improvement of the product where they want you to join their program just came today when I tried to open Illustrator CS4.  I used it on OS X El Capitan and its been fine until today. The popup freezes.  None of the links are active and Illustrator will not open.  How to disable the pop-up window or tell adobe that I won't participate if it turns off itself?  The only solution I found was to edit files in Illustrator.  The text editor could not save the files, because they said I didn't have permission, even if I am registered as an administrator.  I tried Adobe online chat and they assured me that someone would get back to me on the forum.

  My debit card Adobe CC charges was stolen, so I canceled it. I forgot to update the info for my CC Bill, if the payment did not go through the first time. As soon as I realized this, I put another card. The card worked and payment was completed.

  Since then, I've been doing the daily popup showing that there is a problem. I contacted chat Adobe 3 times. Every time that I said that my subscription is active, and that there are no problems with billing. Whenever I told me that they will increase the question to the appropriate team and that I will be contacted by mail within 2-3 days, but I have yet to receive an email about the problem. On the last cat (6 May), I was told that I would be contacted within 24 hours. I have yet to hear anything back on what they call a technical question or glitch.

  Can someone help me with this?

  I received a license (serial number of Volume licenses) for Adobe Photoshop and installed. Whenever I try to use the editor, I get in an infinite loop of 'necessary connection '. "popup. • Flash Player ' scam? Popup of Angelfire server on Mac

  Unlike surf some websites hosted on the server 'Angelfire', someone has the last numbers to get annoyed at popup windows.  Every time when I visit a several sites hosted on Angelfire Server (http://www.angelfire.lycos.com), I keep getting too bored popups asking me to install the latest Flash Player (see screenshot below).

• Google Chat become inactive

  Late last week, after upgrading my operating system OS X10.11.6, gmail chat disconnects after a few minutes of inactivity if you use Safari. Whenever I go back to the tab, the cat becomes disconnected (but if the tab is not one who is 'active', the cat disconnects). If anyone has had this problem, and if so, is there a fix which has been a success?

• Window Popup with strange characters when you want to play music from the cloud

  When I try to play music on the cloud (music downloaded on my computer), I get a popup with some strange characters. It was working fine 2 days ago. Nothing has changed on my computer. I tried uninstalling iTunes and reinstalling. Shows the problem. Any help would be appreciated.

  As an addendum, I tried to download music (by clicking on the cloud icon, which then shows an arrow pointing downwards). This popup has shown once again.

  Then I thought maybe it was having a problem with my account or my computer don't think she was allowed. So I checked my account login, and I was connected.
