  • Chronology of the break to allow several slidelets to play

    I use Adobe Captivate 4, what I am doing has worked well at the rate of 3, but for some doesn't seem to work in 4.

    I have a slide with several Rollover slidelets and I want the slide to pause until the user clicks on the button in the playback bar.  This gives the student the opportunity to click on each slidelet and display the content then only move forward in the tutorial when they are done to 'play' with the bearings.

    What is happening is that the slide is a break as long as I don't overthrow or click on anything.  As soon as I click or overturning a slidelet, the tutorial moves to the next slide.  Can I extend the timeline to 10 minutes but it distorts life tutorial that appears in the menu and I have several of them in the project which is a 30 minute tutorial looks like a 90 minute tutorial.

    I use the standard playback bar and navigation buttons non-personalized.

    Each slidelet has the following properties:

    • Rollover slidelet tab
      • If the user clicks inside the slidelet - Stick slidelet
    • Options tab
      • Calendar - view - rest of slide
    • Advanced tab
      • When the mouse passes over the slidelet - on roll - no Action (I also tried to continue)

    On each slide, I added a box to click with the following properties:

    • Click the tab box
      • f the user clicks inside the click box - success - no Action
      • If the user clicks outside the click box - allow the user - infinite attempts
    • Options tab
      • Calendar - view - rest of slide
      • Options - break project up to what the user clicks

    Someone has encountered this or have a solution?

    Hello

    I saw it happen myself as well as other view pointed out. The culprit is usually ActionScript3. The usual remedy is to configure the advanced no action tab. But you say that you have already done this. Odd

    It happens with ALL the slidelets? Or maybe it's just one of them. If you can isolate it to a specific slidelet, maybe you forgot to configure the Advanced tab for a slidelet.

    Never did hurt to double check.

  • Chronology of the break on a HTML5 canvas file

    Hello

    Someone at - he paused a code of create.js or something, that would allow me to put the timeline in flash for a specified time?

    I am struggling to find something that actually works, as part of a timeline.

    Thank you

    answer to the question in the message 5.

  • Chronology of the break for a specified time

    I need to make an interactive presentation, I did earlier in a presentation by force.

    I thought I could take just the buttons that make progress animation and exchange the sym.stop (); functions for something that everything stops the timeline for a given amount of milliseconds, but I can't for the life of understand me how this function would be. I'm not a programmer, so please: babysteps

    Thank you...

    Thus, in the example above, I use setTimeout-

    {setTimeout (function ()}

    SYM. Stop();

    (}, 2000);

    {setTimeout (function ()}

    SYM. Play();

    (}, 4000);

    This stops the animation after 2 seconds, then sym.play(1000) fires after 4 seconds. Similarly, you can change to 15 seconds for your particular case.

    Thank you and best regards,

    Roger Simon

  • Problem with the change of a 'State' the substitution of one break of the chronology of the objects

    Here is my setup: I have a single slide for learning select 9 melodies 'text buttons' to view 9 different definitions.  To do this, I set myself to each buttons to change the "State" of the original image for the introduction of a 'legend of text' containing the definition of that label of buttons.  I also three navigation buttons (output, back and next; button_19 _20 & _21) with breaks built into the end of the timeline. coinciding with the end of the audio narration for this slide.

    Here's my problem: the calendar runs and stops as it should until the learner chooses one of the 'text' buttons after that the timeline is suspended; how it seems to send a command to "continue" and substitutes at the break, and brings the learner to the next slide.

    This has something to do with the function "States"?  I used to do exactly the same thing in Cap 7 with stocks advanced without any problem.

    Thanks in advance for the help.

    If it's 9 Captivate, locate the box continue a project of play in the Actions section and deselect buttons for each.

    Hi Liam,

  • Bind the control to the chronology of the effects with the chronology of the sequence

    This should be simple, but I can't work on how do it. First CC missing this obvious feature or am I a fool (don't answer that)...

    So, here I am, the editing effects - say for example I want to stay in an audio quickly melted and melted to hide the little noise. I want to zoom on the chronology of the effects that I can tune the exact position of the keyframes.

    The zoom in the effects window slider is time consuming and is not automatically Center on the frame that is currently selected in the sequence, in order to keep track of it and ending once zooms are really hard. Zoom on the chronology of the sequence control does not have these problems.

    SO, as I'm sure there is a good reason why my timeline effects and the chronology of the sequence does not relate normally is there a way to force this so that when I zoom the sequence of the clip (If selected) in the timeline panel?

    I don't make any sense?

    Any advice (other than "have you tried turning market again?") received with gratitude.

    Howie

    As Jim said, there is no way to bind the zoom level of the effect controls panel and the timeline. And you're right that zoom through the horizontal slider can be clumsy, lose the read head. However, if you zoom in/out keys, around here! The read head is properly centred.

    As for not being able to zoom in all the way, I never encountered this problem. If you can fill in details of the case when it won't zoom in completely for you, I'd be interested. However, one thing you might try is switching the effect controls panel to show Audio time units. In this mode, you can zoom in much more far.

  • How to get the break control file in the xml editor

  • Trying to understand the BREAK statement

    I am using the following code:
    SET SERVEROUTPUT ON VERIFY OFF
    ACCEPT i_name PROMPT 'Enter your name: '
    DECLARE
         v_name VARCHAR2(30) := '&i_name';
    BEGIN

         PAUSE 'Adjust paper and press RETURN to continue.';
         dbms_output.put_line('Your name is: ' || v_name);
    END;
    /
    But I get these errors:
    ORA-06550: line 5, column 8:
    PLS-00103: Encountered the symbol "Adjust paper and press RETURN to continue."
    when expecting one of the following:
    := . ( @ % ;
    The symbol ":=" was substituted for "Adjust paper and press RETURN to
    continue." to continue.
    Am I allowed to use the BREAK statement in the PL/SQL block, or should it be before the DECLARE statement?

    If I am allowed to use it in the block, then why I get an error? I tried with and without the semicolon at the end of the BREAK statement.

    This site: http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/A87860_01/doc/server.817/a82950/ch8.htm#1001319 it has the following example:
    SET PAUSE OFF
    PAUSE Adjust paper and press RETURN to continue.
    SELECT ...
    But why would disable you the break? And then when you turn it on? In addition, this example appears to conflict with the tips mentioned here: http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/B19306_01/server.102/b14357/ch12040.htm#i2699261

    Who says: "first, you must SET the text of the BREAK and then PUT on PAUSE if you want text to appear each time that SQL * more breaks."

    Am I allowed to use the BREAK statement in the PL/SQL block

  • < h2 > without the break?

    Is is possible to use < h2 > without the break?  In other words, I want a straight line of text with just a few of the words using < h2 > and the rest of the standard text. (Key words)

    Here is my code;

    < div id = 'Direction' > < Little Red Riding Hood h2 > < / h2 > was a scary creature.  Draped with its blood-red cape and her eyes hidden within the shadows at Cap, she floated dangerously through the dark woods, the notes of her laugh manincal still haunts the bravest of creatures. < / div >

    Yes, it is possible, even if it is not supported by all browsers. You can use a style rule for the display of a block-level element, such as

    to run in the following text.

    h2 {
      display: run-in;
    }

    Besides the fact that it is not supported by all browsers, there is the question of if

    is the label that is appropriate to use in this context. The

    tag is intended to indicate a second-level heading. If you think using a more appropriate. However, when it comes to a subtitle.

    is very good. Another approach that should work in all browsers is the following:

    h2 {
      display: inline;
    }
