Click-to-Call works is not in Chrome at all

I know that some people have reported chrashes with chrome, but I can't get it work period. I uninstalled and reinstalled click to call several times and his Chrome as ignores it. There is no extension listed in Chrome or whatever, is not just hard chrome.

Is happening here?

Bethany support Skype just helped me solve this problem. It was frustrating me no end. I couldn't see it in IE or Chrome.

We reinstalled Skype and re-uploaded the click to call app from Skype website. He then worked in Internet Explorer. However, the Chrome was still a problem.

However, that's what fixed it obtained:

1. we have completely closed Chrome. INCLUDING by using the Task Manager to kill all processes with Chrome or Chrome32 as their name. (We tried it before just by closing Chrome with red 'X' normal process in Windows, and it did not work, because there are still methods and extensions running in background).

2. once we killed the Chrome process with the Task Manager, I received notification of some of them as extensions crashed (Roboform, TamperMonkey, Pinterest, and several other extensions). Then, in the Task Manager no process for Chrome or Chrome32 were more.

3. we uninstalled Chrome completely.

4. We then returned on the Chrome site Chrome with IE (the browser #1 to download other browsers) and re-uploaded and re-installed.

5. this time, when I launched Chrome, it told me that Skype click to call extension was to be charged and asked me to turn it on. Once I enabled it, I refreshed all my screens in Chrome and VOILA! The click to call feature worked as it should.

TL; DR: Basically you must close Chrome and kill all the process of Chrome, Chrome, uninstall and then reinstall Chrome and re - download Click-to-Call App (Seems like the last two steps can be done in any order.)

    I have no problem with ff and I don't see any problem in chrome.

    You probably have a typo in if:

    loadSWF(pathArr[1]);

    should be

    loadSWF(pathArr[0]);

    What problems are you having with the Skype extension?

    Just to go through the usual:

    (1) does show on the addons page and can it be activated? You can open it only by using either:

    • CTRL + SHIFT + a
    • "3-bar" menu button (or tools) > Add-ons

    In the left column, click Extensions. Then check the list on the right. Extensions disabled down cluster.

    Note: It is normal in 40 of Firefox to display a message that the extension is not checked.

    (2) must its button be added to the toolbar? You can use the Customize tab to detect if it is not in the expected location. See: Customize Firefox commands, buttons, and toolbars.

    Are there other issues? I do not use this extension myself.

  • Shift click doesn't work does not in Mail or Word.  I am currently using an iMac (retina, 5K, 27 inch, mid-2015)

    Recently, the shift click feature selection of files to stop work in terms of selection of several files that are next to each other.  I also can no longer use the command key and click to select files that are not contiguous located.  I'm under El Capitan 11.4.  Any ideas?  A Mac user for 25 years, never had this problem before.

    One possible cause is security software (firewall) that blocks or limits Firefox or plugin-container process without informing you, possibly after the detection of changes (update) for the Firefox program.

    Delete all rules for Firefox in the list of permissions in the firewall and leave your firewall again ask permission to get full unlimited access to the internet for Firefox and the plugin-container and the update process.

    Hey guys, I had sound problems that I fixed by updating my BIOS of drivers from the Web site. But now I can use is no longer the Middle click button. I used this for the opening of new tabs, and now it does not work yet for scrolling either. I have the auto scroll enabled in firefox and I confirmed that it does work in IE either.     I thought about it. I'll put an explanation here for any other poor soul, that this is the case. Control Panel-> hardware and sound-> mouse - > Hit tab at the top right Ultranav-> settings under Trackpoint-> and under the option of scrolling down, choose None.     Try right click on the actual Setup.exe for Chrome and selecting the option "Run As Administrator"?  Perform, even if your user name is an administrator.

    You can try the system restore to get back before any recent problem.

    It seems that your instance has additional "Omniture" followed enabled (> Setup > default Email > external monitoring).

    If you're ok with turning off this option, that the phone number link should be changed.

    Hmm, there is a lot of content added by scripts on this page after a delay.

    Firefox has several optimizations to speed up the display of pages in the cache which may malfunction under certain circumstances. For example, display a page using the Back button will not necessarily trigger an "onload" event in the page.     For end users, it is a difficult problem to solve. A partial solution might be the following:

    (1) in a new tab, type or paste Subject: config in the address bar and press return / enter. Click on the button promising to be careful.
