Computer needs to restart to complete the installation.  I accept.  Windows restarts comp, I connect, BONE implements internal whatnot.  Screen turns off, a blue screen, stop, restart cycle begins = restart - screen down - blue - boot in SafeMode etc.   Finally, I use the Vista ultimate installation disc to break the cycle.    I repair the startup procedure, then restore point 3 days for a previous backup of the system.  Now I get "The Group Policy Client service failed the logon.  Insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service".
  What should do? What should do?  Buy a Mac?

  Assuming a new 'Complete' installation of Oracle Developer Suite 10.1.2.0.2,
  Here are the steps to get a shape of small test running, using WebUtil 1.06.

  Note: Oracle_Home is used as an alias for your real oDS ORACLE_HOME.
  Feel free to copy this note to a text editor and do a find/replace on
  Oracle_Home with your real value (no slash). Then, it is easy to
  copy and paste the actual orders to be run from the copy of the memo.

  (* 1) * download http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/jacob-project/jacob_18.zip
  and extract to a temporary staging area. Do not attempt to use 1.7 or 1.9.

  (* 2) * copy or move jacob.jar and jacob.dll
  C:\webutile is the folder where you extracted Jacob and ends in ...\jacob_18

  I have several PC under Windows 7 on a SBS 2011 domain. We statically defined DNS settings on all of the client computer. The DNS settings are somehow have cleared away somehow. Essentially, the secondary DNS server is depolluted. The main DNS server, which is the domain controller, remains intact. Event logs do not have me all good on that.   You could install free versions for individuals (which means that you must manually update). Licensed versions, you usually pay per machine.

  The free versions are good, just to inform them of the update and when they should do it.

  If forms work in the local network, then you can exclude problem in Forms Server or Oracle Application as a whole actually.

  The question should be certain access privileges, and you will need to work with the VPN administrator.

  Please note:
