  When I install Acrobat 9 Pro on my new Macbook 10.7.4, I get the message "license for this product has stopped working" and it told me to uninstall and reinstall.   However, none of these solutions work or make sense on my Mac version 10.7.4. I have already on live chat with the help of Adobe twice and could not solve the problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated! (I also have Premium CS5 installed and it works fine).

  Just got off the phone with the help of Adobe and they helped me to solve the problem by cleaning my computer of all Adobe and reinstall files.

  ·         Did you the latest changes on the computer?

  I suggest you try the methods below and check if it helps.

  Method 1: Put the computer in a clean boot State, and if the problem persists.

  Note: After the clean boot troubleshooting, follow step 7 in the link provided to return the computer to a Normal startupmode.

  Method 2: If the problem persists in safe mode, then check the observer after return with details and events for the cause.

  You can check if there is information in Event Viewer which may help us to solve the problem:

  What are the information contained in the logs of the event (Event Viewer)?

  You can also temporarily disable the security software and firewall installed on the system and check if the problem persists.

  Note: Be sure to enable the security software on the computer after checking.

  Today is December 18, 2015. Sharing House had stopped working a few months ago. I called support and they went well a lot of things and finally said: "No, it will never work." Off all routers. Apple TV, etc. (Airport Extreme connect to a router from Verizon. Tried of Double and single mode NAT-bridge), I think that we have erased all cache files. Reinstalled iTunes several times. At a certain point in home from work sharing.

  Now, he stopped again and I tried to repeat what we have done. I looked in the Ports (using iNet) and did not notice anything running that uses a specific port "5353" which is supposed to be for home sharing. I saw "3689" appears twice, i.e. for 'iTunes Music Sharing, AirPlay. In any case 2 Apple TV and 1 iPhone cannot access home sharing. The two Apple TV are 3rd Gen iPhone is a 6s, the Mac is a "(retina, mid-2012) MacBook Pro" the router is an Airport Extreme tour. All devices have the latest Firmware, software, etc. Since I have an iTunes account before .mac, .me, iCloud came out I found myself with two pieces of identification of the Apple.  Why they did not automatically merge these, I have no idea. In any case I'm stuck with a Store, iTunes App Store for music, movies, applications, etc. and an iCloud for synchronization, calendar, contacts, ETC. account between devices. Without worrying only the same App store / iTunes store account Apple ID is used to connect to the iTunes Store on all three devices. I do not use family sharing!  I have the firewall turned off on the MacBook. I really expect not sharing never start to work at home. The file on this subject on 26/09/15 number has been '947596222 '.  What I have not tried, I'm ready to.

  Well the answer is: turn on home sharing in preferences does not work! It is now in the Menu file, it should be removed from preferences.

  Nobody ever says do me it otherwise, so I always had. So, if you didn't know that you do not use preferences to activate home sharing more. Go to your file menu in iTunes and turn there.

  Home sharing my collection of videos iTunes worked and then it didn't.  It's the good Apple ID on Apple TV and the Macbook Pro.  The computer and the Apple TV are connected to the same network, and both see the strength of the complete signal.  I tried the following:

  1. signature and sharing of House on AppleTV

  2 singing and in iTunes home sharing

  3 signature and in the iCloud on Mac

  4 reset zero AppleTV to factory settings and his resignation in all

  AirPlay works very well.  I can airplay video Quicktime for the AppleTV, but if I go to the computer I get the message "Turn On iTunes home sharing.  It is turned on.  Then I disconnect and reconnect (Yes, with the same AppleID, the only one I have).  Nothing.  Œuvres music from Apple.  Works of iCloud photos.  Yet, I can't connect to my own library on my computer.

  It's very frustrating.

  You could try to restart iTunes on the computer or restart the network router.
