Clips is always in motion

I have problems with PRE10 (windows) when I put a clip on the timeline, after getting it in the correct location. He won't stay there and it moves and moves the other clips on other bugs, and I have to start all over again. -Is it a sort of lock that can be applied to the tracks on the timeline?

Thank you

Fred

It is the default behavior of the ripple Edit. To insert, change (another stay of Clips where you placed), hold down the Alt (PC) or Option key (Mac), when you drag the Clip to the timeline.

Good luck

  • Audio clip playing in slow motion

    Hello

I am changing a video - I have an Asus, windows 8 (I think that 64-bit). The video has audio clips that were recorded on an iphone 6.

When I open the audio clips in the elements of a couple of them are quite normal, but most of them are idle. When I play videos on my computer

outside the editor, they sound at normal speed, but when I opened the elements, they are also slower than normal.

Why this is happening and how to fix?

The audios are all MPEG-4 audio (.m4a)

Also, I just tried to open the audio clips in the videopad editor and they work normally in there - they are the normal speed. So the problem is only in adobe elements first.

    Thank you

Try to convert the audio to a WAV file using free download Audacity.

It might be that this audio uses a non-standard flow or codec.

  • icons always in motion

    Windows 7, SP 1, p7-1210, office.  IE7.

Is it possible to lock my icons on my desktop?  Lately, they have been moved on reboot.  I unchecked "rearrange icons.  Thanks to all those who can help you.

Since I had no problem with moving icons, I'll call this problem is resolved.  The only thing I did was check and then uncheck the auto arrange. (I still icons snap to grid checked).  Perhaps it didn't take effect until I restarted computer.  Since then, I rebooted computer twice.   So if someone has the same problem, you can try to do.   Kudos to you for helping me out.

  • Icons on the desktop is always in motion

I recently had some work on my computer and now the top of desktop icons still moving around every time I start the computer.  I make a way and they pop up another way.   With Windows XP, I knew how to stop it, but I can't find the answer for Windows Vista.

Is there a simple way to avoid this, whenever I turn on my computer?
    Thank you

Right click on the empty desk > view > uncheck auto arrange > check snap to grid.

And if you play games with different resolutions, which will also do.
    But you cannot change that.

  • scale batch a bunch of clips in 1080 720

    Hi people,

Just start 1080 but always cuts to 720.  Is it possible across all my photos from source to 720 before dropping them on the timeline (or a preset or something I can apply).

Currently I have to insert the clip in the timeline and then go motion > scale and type 67.  Its kinda of a pain in the ass to do it manually for each clip

Also while I am, that there is a way to get the default handles on each clip on the timeline to come as time remap rather than the opacity effect?

You can scale a clip that you want, select & copy, select all the clips and paste attributes (motion) to all the clips.

  • Premiere Pro CC Mac - bar Yellow spotted with ProRes clips?

    Hello:

Even though I made sure that my sequence settings are exactly fit my parameters of clip (ProRes4444 or 422HQ), I get a yellow bar on my sequence.

I work on a Mac Pro OS 10.7.5 2012.  I downloaded first Pro CC earlier today; I thought that I would play with it to see how it compares to FCP7.  Most of my NLE use is very simple, just assemble sections of motion graphics and 3D animations made out of After Effects in the ProRes 4444 codecs.

The 'New sequence of the Clip' function is not behave as I expect.  The comparable feature in FCP creates a sequence that corresponds to all aspects of the selected item (size, framerate, codec, etc.).  The implementation of the first seems to only match the size of the sequence and the framerate to the selected item.

If I create a new sequence of ProRes clip or say the sequence to match the clip, I expect this clip to be sitting in my calendar with no bar of any color.  But I have a yellow bar.  When I go into the settings of the sequence, I see that the edit mode is rear camera and the video preview is grayed out on a MPEG format.  I have to go to the custom and manually select the Quicktime, then specify the corresponding ProRes codec.  These codec and wrapper settings should not be matched automatically too when I've specified this function?

That said, if I manually match the settings of codec for my clip I always get the yellow bar.   If I select another sequence and click the new sequence the yellow bar disappeared.

I'm assuming this yellow bar problem is a display of some kind error, because if I export the sequence with the "Match sequence settings" chosen export happens very quickly that I expect a sequence of Smart compatible rendering.

    Is this a bug?

    Thank you.

  • Difficulties and video clips

    It's really irking me.

I am extremely new to Flash so please bear with me. I guess that it is a simple, easy to fix problem I'm having. I have Adobe Flash Professional CS5.5.

What I'm trying to do is a sequence of images after other video clips will stop display.

The sequence of images does what it is supposed to and working properly, and the other clips are also successful. However, whenever I try to put the clips of film for images in frames or keyframes, start video clips will only play part of the path before the images appear. This happens even if the clips of images are on images/keyframes (I tried both) after the other movie clips.

The clips that are supposed to play first are each on a separate layer and there are two of them.

The first layer is called 'tree' and the second is called "text".

The tree stratum is an animated gif image 45 that I shot in a clip. I created a motion tween and changed his alpha for the gif has a fading in and out effect. I also so that he stops to play again once it reaches the last frame. I am not using stop(); for this.

The text layer has an animated gif image 40 I also turned into a gif. This gif is also a clip and also the motion tween. His alpha was also changed.

Trees and text play together successfully, and how I want that they.

The sequence of images is three separate images, each a different layer, which fade into eachother. These images are PNG, so they are not gifs or they have their own frames.

The lower layer is called level 1 and executives 1 to 50 of adjustments of interpolation and motion alpha fading the png image. The image is a clip.

The layer on top is called floor2 and has different 51-100 of a png image fade-in frames.

The layer is called floor3 and a frames 101-150 d'enieme png fading.

The images are successful doing what they are supposed to.

Text and tree layers are a fla file and floor3, floor2 and layers level 1 a fla file.

When I copy the images of level 1, floor2 and floor3 layers in a keyframe after the text layer and trees, they yield correctly, but when I test the movie, the sequence of images appears much earlier than it's supposed to, interrupting the video clips on the text of layers and the tree. I tried to move keyframes of the ground # layers farther down the timeline, but then the other clips of movie just stop.

In the fla file with text layers and FIR, I have imported gifs in the library and then put them on the stage.

In the FLA with layers of ground #, I imported the pngs in the scene.

Here's what look like text layers and the tree:

    texttree.png

The layers of soil look like: #

    floor1.png

The rest of the frames the floor #s...

    floor2.png

So, I thought that the problem was that I had to delay the image when. I looked around and found no code or anything for that...

Later, I thought it was because I had imported the tree and text gifs to the library before putting them on the scene.

I open a new fla and imported gif 'tree' directly to the scene.

I thought it should work because then he would show each individual image in the video clips, which is not in the photos above. By importing the gif like this, it shows the individual images. I tested with the sequence of images and it works fine. But I have a problem with this method too...

I select all the frames for the gif convert to symbol, so I can add a motion tween and mess with the alpha. However, only the last picture is converted to a clip. Well actually no... Only circled below executives turned in the clip. Even when all frames are selected.  Is not very useful because then I can not change the alpha for the entire gif or I can create a motion tween without getting a message saying that the motion tween could not be applied to all managers.

Looks like this version of 'the tree '.

    newtree.png

And executives so then continue up to 135.

Executives who are light in the video are below.

    atree.png

If I can solve the problem I'm having with the tree displayed in the two images above this sentence, then I can view video clips and image sequence without problem. It is not quite how I intended it to be, but she would be successful and would continue to operate.

If I can fix the problem with the sequence of images showing early up to tree and clips of text is cut, then this project would be as successful and it would be how I wanted it to be.

If you need more information, let me know and I'll explain something better.

I am not prepared to provide a download link in this forum for my fla files, but I can send to you if you want to look. I don't want someone to be able to find them and take them by doing a google search.

I downloaded two sovereign wealth funds however.

The first is the tree and text layers/clips work as they are supposed to. The second is to do what it is supposed to be the sequence of images (level 1, floor2, floor3).

    Text and tree: http://glassoliverdesigns.weebly.com/uploads/1/0/6/5/10653451/tfg1.swf

    Level 1, floor2, floor3: http://glassoliverdesigns.weebly.com/uploads/1/0/6/5/10653451/tfg2.swf

Notice how Flash swf, when the text stops the thing in the background at the end of the text and trees. If who can Flash WHILE the images appear, then that would be great.

TL; DR: I want the # flash ground appears after the text and tree flash, but I continue problems and nothing I try is not working properly.

Very concise question, enjoy the screenshots. Keyframes, one thing that the motion tweens do not always show very well. I would like to clear up a few things and see if it helps.

Return to what you wanted to do originally, which is to copy the images from one document to the other. That's perfectly fine and to clear up, it will also copy library items (images, clips, etc.) that are required to copy these images for you, you don't need to import them yourself.

To copy images (no symbols) successfully, select the first frame of the frames that you want to copy, hold down SHIFT and select the last frame (or even double clicking anywhere in the blue motion tween should select all as well). Now do a right click and "copy managers." Now, go to your new document, select an image, right click and select Paste images. You will see the same copied frames, blue representing the keyframes and tween came with it, and finally you'll notice all your images/etc have been copied to your library.

Now is the right time to manage the background image library that was just copied, if you're a freak like me cleaning.

This process is the same whether you have tried, for other documents that you want to copy to. If all resources correspond to the name then Flash will ask you if you want to "crush" this library item. If you do that, you altérerez one of your previous animations. Make sure that this is not the case.

The witch hunt common here is not knowing how to slide frames properly. If the replacement is not the problem, it's what I suspect is your problem and you expand / reduce the timeline keyframes do not go with you.

For example if I import 2 clips with fade in/out and move the keyframes that you did, I'll have something like this:

Now, by moving more I would be very careful to select all the images I want to pass through the above methods. Click on the first picture, hold down SHIFT and select the last image or double-click anywhere in the middle of the blue. The selection of executives:

Now, I just slide my images selected in the view of law, keyframes remain as it should (black dots):

Playback of the animation as expected.

Finally I don't know if you've used the Panel, but you really should get used to the query editor. This gives you control over the relaxation as well as shows you a view on key images that exist in a motion tween is selected.

Initially, this Panel may seem complex, but it simply represents the basic properties that you can animate. All the more you animate properties can be added here. I moved the X, Y and Alpha properties of my object. So you can see what I was doing on the periods of 30 to 60. You can also adjust basic relaxation here.

If your animation look not correct, you can select a motion tween, open the query editor and check the keyframes appear correct. Scrub the timeline and look at the values you are interested in. For example, Alpha for you.

If you do not see the keyframes when you scrub the timeline, you moved your bad frames and keyframes exist probably in a different place, and therefore it seems incorrect.

  • Movie Maker: Only necessary updated to include Source file Clip Footage.

Hello - I have created a movie using parts of various DVD and wide.  I am to convert each DVD in some parts of an .avi file, then the image preview to see what are the parts that I want in my film.  Say, for example, I have import a 80 MB, 10 minutes .avi file into movie maker.   I then split into clips manually using only a few pieces I want.  So on this file, only 1 minute is actually used in the film.  I remove all the remaining elements of movie maker letting those that I need, but these clips are always referencing the original 80 MB file.  So, I need to keep the file 80 MB on my hard drive just to use 8 MB of it in the film. This is forcing me to keep files on my computer when I only need part of it and could make my move over much bigger it must be.

Is it possible to export the individual after their separation clips so that the source files I need to keep is only the part of the clip I need?

When I save my project as a movie, he's going to bring to this large file 80 MB for the final version, or only the part of the file I need is?

    -Thank you

  • my folders to store video clips and movies has changed appearance. __

Each of the folders where I keep the videos and clips have always displayed as a folder icon that was in a semi standing open position, in the pages of open area came out with an overview of the clips.  When I open one of these folders each file inside would be displayed as a preview of the clip.  Now, the folder icon is still present but the pages in the open space resemble a piece of paper, when I open one of the folders that the files are displayed as a blank page with the windows media player 11 icon on it.  I changed the program that can play these videos for the VLC media player and when I open it it displays the icon for VLC. How can I get that back as it was and what caused it to happen.  Help, please

By the way my records that I keep the photos are still as if they were, they do not change.

  • Import clips from P2?

When I import a batch of P2 AVC intra clips via my browser in a bin in my current project, this works very well and all the clips are in the correct chronological order as shot. However, as soon as I drag this in my calendar to sequence the majority of clips is always in the correct order, but there is usually a handful in the mess, and they appear at the end of the timeline and not where they are supposed to be? They may be split clips and how to avoid this?

When I try and import directly a map P2 clips via the browser directly rather than open a p2 card and then highlight all the individual clips to be imported, it takes a while to import but I also have this error reading ' importer reported a generic error '?

OK sorted, what I had to do was not to slide the tray of my project folder in the timeline panel, but rather open the tray then hi light the clios and then drag all the elements together in the timeline, how they done't get jumbled up and remain in chronological order...

  • Slow Motion video using After Effects

    Hello

I got 10 seconds a clip timeline in first. I sent by right click 'Replace with AE composition' after effects.

I have apllied TimeWarp with 50% of the speed to the element in AE.

The first clip is always step 10 sec. It means that he slowed down video that contains only 5 seconds of the original. I expect that the final video in first will be 20 seconds because 50% of the speed has been used.

    What I am doing wrong?

The eccentric nature of making slow movement with After Effects has long been problematic.

You can probably get the same quality inside PP right using the optical flow method.

  • Motion Tracking stop motion or through the elements in a sequence

I have a project that I am currently between Pr and Ae. The sequence consists of short clips, creating a stop motion effect. Mixed there are longer excerpts. The entire sequence is a static camera, a shooting table surface.

I have an EI clip in the mix as well. I need to follow the motion of an object through the entire sequence of placing text on this object.

I tried the clip of nesting and replacing them with a model of EI, but he freaks out because I already have a model of EI in the mixture.

I could make the entire sequence, but I would not do this if possible.

Anyone know how to make this work?

You could make your AE project that is inside your sequence of wholesale. Which would remove the "freakout".

I don't usually use Dynamic Link. I often use the option import first Pro of AE and it brings the whole sequence of the creation in AE with any changes on its own layer. This has pros and cons vs Dynamic Link, but it works better for my workflow.

  • Standardized but gain a Clip is even stronger?

I am a newbie in audio engineering. I have a number of audio clips with different loudnesses. I selected all the clips and used Gain Audio-> normalize all peaks to-9 dB. Here are the clips after normalization, with an arrow pointing at a particular pace, who always looks a little strong.

clips after gain applied with arrow pointing to loud clip.jpg

I then ran the Loudness Radar. Loudness radar showed that same clip is always much stronger than others. Here is a screen shot, with an arrow pointing to the results of the clip hard.

Why is a clip even stronger that the rest after the execution of Audio Gain-> normalize all peaks?

What is the best way for me to adjust the gain in the whole of all the audio clips in a sequence like this?

Thank you very much in advance for any info.

    loudness radar showing loud clip.jpg

Normalize peak comes to the maximum peak of each element at the same level. If you have, say, a gun fired followed by quiet dialogue, it will make the shot peak - 9db and dialogue will be inaudible loudness radar will show the average volume is very low. If you have a lot of football singing there is little dynamic so the top will be-9 but loudness radar will read high. Although the first level tools are useful to get the starting point, that you use your ears to get a same poll mix.

  • Clip duration

    Hello

In Premiere Pro, hovering over an element in the montage with your mouse temporarily will show this clip, as long your mouse is always hovering over this clip.

Is it possible for all the clips to always display the duration in the timeline panel, regardless of whether or not you're hovering above them?

In other words, if I look at my calendar, I would like to see ALL the times of EACH CLIP right in front of me at any time. Similar to the way each clip still shows its 'name of the video. Would be nice to see the duration of the clip right next to the name of the video.

    CC 2014

In the timeline panel, I selected a clip and Clip with disabilities. The first user manual Page 197 says

"Disabled clips do not appear in the monitor program or in a preview or a video file that you export."

However, as I scroll on the video for people with disabilities in the timeline, the program monitor is empty, but its timecode changes i.e. it acts as the clip is always included in the length of the sequence. In addition, the program monitor show no change in the total duration of the sequence. Why?

    Thanks in advance.

    That is right.

Disable means that you are not abel to see, but it's still there in the timeline panel. It will not change the duration.

This feature is useful to see a preview of the various amendments.
