  I am a member of creative cloud and every time I try to use Adobe Acrobat Pro Xl, it says that I am using the trial and I have 0 days left.   I wanted to check with you again on the forums. Have you tried to uninstall Acrobat, restarting, disconnect you and sign in CCM and reinstall Acrobat?

  I just signed up for Adobe Creative Cloud student (currently at College). I'll be launching a YouTube channel and start to scan my art, so I intend to begin learning Adobe Premiere, Photoshop and Illustrator first. Any suggestions for learning online resources would be great because I have no previous experience in these applications. I you thank all in advance and I am happy to be part of this community.

  Help please! Creative cloud seems to be blocked my firewall settings. He said that it is impossible to arrive on the Adobe servers. And each Adobe website does not open.   Since the last update of creative cloud, there automatically cloud devices icon and the Adobe Application Manager icon in my status bar on Windows 8 icon bar.

  Before the update, there was only the creative cloud icon. If I click on the Application icon Manager creative cloud opens. They are both running? How can I solve this problem?

  I'm not able to get update my subscription with a membership of Stock. Try to add every time the system say there is an error with my purchasing address. I just called the German support, but they couldn't help me right now, because it seems to be a big problem in the system and they don t know when it will be resolved.

  Perhaps someone from Adobe can escalate this issue. I would be unhappy If I go another way.

  We have InCopy 2014 to InCopy CS 6 decommissioning. To use our license, we downloaded the archived Version of InCopy via Creative Cloud. Installed and to get a corrupted Installation of creative cloud. No license via Creative Cloud is possible. Error message "Creativ-Cloud is neseccary. Creative cloud is missing or defective. Please download the latest Version. In our environment of Secur, it is not allowed to download the Installation sources, nor our users have the right to needes to install.

  Any ideas?

We discovered that there is a problem with the portable computers touch screen being identified as being of mobile devices when you use the Chrome browser, however this doesn't seem to be a problem with other browsers.
