Help please! Creator of Cloud and Adobe seems to be stuck?

Help please! Creative cloud seems to be blocked my firewall settings. He said that it is impossible to arrive on the Adobe servers. And each Adobe website does not open. The cloud icon passes never black, so I'm unable to install other programs that I need. Thanks in advance for your help, cheers Helen

  • Help, please! Photoshop CS5 AND all THE OTHER PROGRAMS to CRASH!

    So I have CS5 Adobe Creative Suite full on my iMac. I bought all of the programs in 2010 and the new iMac in 2015. Since I upgraded my iMac to the new OS (first Yosemite, then El Capitan) all my CS5 programs is high gel (aka crash) and I have to force quit them or manually shuts down my computer, or it will run smoothly, but when I go to exit the program, a window will appear saying that the program was forced to leave because he crashed (which obviously isn't the case).

    Why is this happening?

    I'm sure it's just a matter of my programs up to date are not enough to work with the newer operating system out there currently, which means I probably need to buy CS6, or unfortunately, I will have to pay monthly for these programs with this new creative cloud bs, but I wanted to check with others who know better, then I have.

    Someone please help! I tried to call Adobe and Apple about this but no answer or Apple puts all the blame on Adobe.

    I AM NOT happy that Adobe has NO phone or chat support with their technical team, so hopefully someone here will know what to do.

    I can't not seriously STP working between these two for the life of me, any help would be appreciated.

    All will connect and be good for a while, but then I miss ping of 10-20 for a reason any. I have yet to find something to work from in the newspapers / debugs. So if there are any suggestions for newspapers / debugs I need turn on please let me know.

    One of my colleagues when you leave uninstalled society Frame 9 and Adobe Professional 8 on its system without disabling the license. Now, we would like to reuse the license for newly hired personnel but are unable to do so because the license is not yet «released»

    Hi, it is certainly possible to move the Adobe between computers , but do not turn off first

    If you have not done this, perhaps a simple solution would be just to reinstall the software on the same computer, and then disable and uninstall

    Otherwise, only Adobe customer support can reset an inaccessible activation, to my knowledge
