  I wanted to check with you again on the forums. Have you tried to uninstall Acrobat, restarting, disconnect you and sign in CCM and reinstall Acrobat?

I'll be launching a YouTube channel and start to scan my art, so I intend to begin learning Adobe Premiere, Photoshop and Illustrator first.   Since the last update of creative cloud, there automatically cloud devices icon and the Adobe Application Manager icon in my status bar on Windows 8 icon bar.

  Before the update, there was only the creative cloud icon. If I click on the Application icon Manager creative cloud opens. They are both running? How can I solve this problem?

  Launch Activity Monitor and the force quit Adobe all the partners and the associated processes like Adobe Installer configuration, install the installer, PDAPP,... etc.

  Uninstall (properly using the uninstall programs) all cc

  clean through the use of the Adobe Creative Cloud cleaning tool to solve installation problems

  Restart your computer

  Reinstall the cc desktop application, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud and use the app to install your programs of cc.

  Still is a part of Premiere pro CS6. You must install the Premiere Pro CS6.

  Here are the steps that you can follow.

  1 change the location of installation using Creative Cloud Desktop App, go to preference > creative cloud > Apps and change the installation location.

  2. delete the folder '%Temp%' and restart the process.

  NOTE: Application is downloaded to the default location, we can only customize the installation location using creative cloud app in this case.
