Cloud App updated nicht auf Illustrator CC 2015.2
Hallo,
habe just Schön evil auf Englisch asked, aber leider nicht ganz understand Antwort die.
Durch einen Newsletter von Adobe learn habe ich, dass're jetzt ein Formerstellungswerkzeug gibt und ich würde are like now. Dabei habe ich communications, dass meine Version 2015.1 noch nicht written on wurde. Die aber Cloud-Desktop-application of mir shows year, dass meine program thereby aktuell. Was kann ich tun?
Oder kann are breast, dass der Newsletter schneller und die auf modified CC 2015.2 war einfach in deutsch noch will take something?

Thx to bother them, but it s a well known fact that helps doesn´t google translator to clarify technical terms.
The problem is solved in any case: today, I received the new updates. I have no idea why it took so long. I would´t have done if I had hadn´t the newsletter talk new features. I think Adobe should coordinate their activities better...: O

just got a new laptop and was only like 10 days in my 30-day trial and I'm trying to re - install "Illustrator", and it keeps showing and telling about "Creative Cloud App" that I have, but is not on this new laptop, how do I re-installll?

Hello, community. I can't update my Adobe applications via CC specifically Flash, Photoshop, and After Effects. I tried the solutions suggested assistance from Adobe, but not luck. My work Mac update very well, but my home machine fails every time. Previous updates were always very good, and I have installed other applications without incident. Someone at - he could solve this problem? Corrupted prefs somewhere, maybe? I have cleared all my browsers cache, uninstalled the app and re-installed, cleaned up the hosts, checked every single thread that is available with the same problem... none are resolved.

After Creative Cloud 21015 update my apps became the trial
I have a subscription to the creative team of cloud. After I updated to version creative cloud 3.4.1.181 all my apps became trials.
I tried to use all the solutions on this page:

I wanted to make a new license by following the instructions on this page:

My company has attempted to create a license file, but they got the error:

My problem was solved by removing my license (by the company) and it renews once again on the same email address.

Creative cloud app page doesn't load/LR does not open

My copy of lightroom does not open and whenever I try to go creative cloud app Update/Uninstall tab it gets stuck on a loading screen, someone has any suggestions please? I have tried to uninstall and reinstall and signature and insert it again.

Updated Illustrator CC 2015 - with 19.0.1 installation problems
Update to the latest version of CC - version 2.1.3.121. Mac OS x 10.10.3 on a desktop of mid-2012.
I'm a guest with errors 'RETRY' and 'Update failed'.
Uninstalling Illustrator CC 2015 manually via the Applications > utilities > Adobe Installers > uninstall Adobe Illustrator CC 2015.
Then reinstalled Adobe Illustrator CC 2015 through the creative cloud application. Always have with these same mistakes.
Restart, log out of cloud creative app, reboot, connect you to creative cloud app = the same questions.
The update seems to get to 50% before "update failed" is displayed. Retry does not work and generates the same result.
The "Get help" link leads to this page that doesn't show this error code:

Unlike other such errors, 'Cancel' is not even an option, I am presented with (just TRY).
Is there a solution for this? Or any way to manually install the update?
As a side note, the problems with Adobe CC are increasingly more and more headaches to deal with. I spend more time troubleshooting and solving software problems that I have created content!

Creating clouds apps do not install updates
Hi all!
If Adobe released updates of creative cloud for all applications. I have a terrible problem. Whenever I click on the 'Update' tab for each available program, my computer waits a few seconds and a new window will open called 'Microsoft Visual C++ x 86 DURATION Minimum - 14.0.23918' and a message pops up saying
"The feature you are trying to use is on a network unavailable resource. Click OK to try again or enter a different path to the folder containing the installation package 'vc_runtimeMinimum_x86.msi' in the bow below"then three buttons are available with 'OK', 'Cancel' or 'Browse '.
When I click 'OK', I get the following.
"The path"C:\ProgramData\Package Cache\{A2563E55-3BEC-3828-8D67-E5E8B9E8B675)v14.0.23026\packages\vcRuntimeMinimum_x86\vcr untimeMinimum_x86.msi"was not found. Check that you have access to this location and try again, or try to find the installation package 'vc_runtimeMinimum_x86.msi' in a folder from which you can install the product 'Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 x 86 Minimum Runtime - 14.0.23026'

I have two computers, we'll call desktop and laptop. I have an annual subscription to CC until April 2017. Two computers running the current version of Windows 10.
1. on the desktop, I had worked in CC Photoshop and Lightroom CC yesterday and everything was fine.
2. this morning after the start of my desktop (internet was and is available), I tried to open Lightroom and I had a sign on the screen (I've never seen this screen). I clicked to go to the next screen and he says: I signed the. He then continued just a loop to the sign on screen. (Same result if I tried to run Photoshop).
3. I opened the Cloud application create (which is set to start and log in automatically). He said switch CC Photoshop and Lightroom CC to the version of June 2016. After the upgrade, the buttons next to the names of two app has said something like "Trial".
4. I can open both CC with Lightroom and Photoshop CC, but when I view the help/Info system, it says I have a trial license. (Lightroom and Photoshop indicate I am signed- and therefore aware of my license)
5. I did some googling issuance of the CC licenses does not:
A. rebooted Desktop
B. cc app, went to preferences, disconnected and connected.
B. info to check the 'my account' (takes me to the Adobe Web site) were it confirms I have a current annual subscription.

E. tried to uninstall app CC (so I could reinstall CC app as stated in this article "Server unknown error" when connecting to Adobe Creative cloud ), but I can't just uninstall the app CC (Windows said that other applications depend on). (Also killed all CC app process in the Task Manager to see if I could uninstall but this does not work either).
6. after starting my laptop, my CC app updated to Lightroom and Photoshop CC CC and licensing never returned to "trial". I DO NOT run Photoshop/Lightoom simultaneously on the laptop and desktop so this isn't a problem with the license.
7. on the Adobe / my account of the site it says that my desktop and laptop are allowed for the CC license.
8. on my Android phone, I am able to start mobile Lightroom and after signing in, he says: I am licensed.
Thus, on my desk, I'm left with probability in 7 days my "trial" versions of Photoshop and Lightoom will end and the apps will no longer work.
Anyone run into this and found a solution?
I finally found something that worked:
First of all, my problems were caused by the new version of the app for cloud creative that automatically downloaded and installed.3.7.0.272. Adobe should fix this problem.
Exit all Adobe CC including Creative Cloud applications (also launch Task Manager, find the CreativeCloud process and select 'end of task")
On 10 of Windows, go to the
C:\ProgramData\Adobe
Find the folder named "SLStore" and rename it "SLStore_old".
Then I got Lightroom. It prompted me to license screen and I entered my credentials (e-mail address and my password of Adobe). It those validated and open Lightroom. I opened Photoshop and it validated because Lightroom had already gone through the process. I then opened creative cloud and for the first time in a week, it is more said that I had "evaluation version".

There are two things you must ensure before you can use the 'Hebrew' AI version:
1. install the Hebrew version of the AI (if you do not, please change language of the app in Creative Cloud App preferences and re install.
2 use the version with the help of base of: type Arabic and Hebrew in Illustrator

Can't download app update of lightroom cc 2015?
I had already downloaded the recent update on photoshop cc 2015 today without any problem, but could not enter the lightrm cc 2015 app update to download. Now, I get undefined error message. How can I correct this situation so I can't enter the upgrade application correct ltrm. I did leave the creative cloud on the office logo and no go. Creating cloud App does not seem to be updated itself
I am running Mac OS El Capitan on my rMBP. Such, 26 January 2016, my creative cloud app version is 3.4.1.181 which, according to the release of these notes are released on 26/11/2015. Release notes for the desktop Adobe Creative Cloud application
- There has been some updates since then, for example 3.4.2.187 on 11/12/2015
- Office Manager has not get up to date, despite her "always refresh app" checked, and I'm the only administrator account on this computer.
- Director of office notified me on other updates app for the PS, InDesign etc.
Is there some updates it downloads not, or if I have a problem how can I fix?

Ideally creative cloud update should be installed itself. But for some reason if it does not update itself you can uninstall the creative cloud desktop application and install again.

If this does not help, please try to uninstall the creative Office Cloud app using the directions and the uninstaller available here: uninstall the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application. You don't need to uninstall your other apps, just the desktop application. Once the creative cloud desktop application has been removed by using the uninstall program, please reinstall according to these instructions:
