Dear Adobe,
I use your fantastic product for may 2015. Today, I am a very frustrated user! The product doesn't work anymore since 2 weeks and you are not able to help me. Hours of chat and call does not help to get out of my account and re-run. I also paid more for 1 year, but no change. I'm getting really tired of your business! I've never known such a bad after-sales service...
Please also have a look at the box below.

How can I get the product back running, so I can start using it again and continue working with it for my own business?

    The cloud of Toshiba TV Portal is entirely online basic service.
    There is probably a server issue or they need maintenance.

  • Toshiba 58L7365DG - Menu TV of cloud is no longer working/walk-on

    Hi all

    Since a few days my 58L7365DG is behaving strangely.
    When I try to access the cloud menu tv, nothing happens. TV keeps going.
    Research and other content do not work either.

    The only indication I have is a small white dot that appears in the upper left corner of the screen when using the "Home" button for cloud tv.

    I have not changed anything at all. The only thing could have been my son 1y playing with the remote, but I doubt that he manages to get such thing broken ;)

    I haven't touched the reset functions because I don't want to loose parameters on that.
    If there is no way around I have to...

    Unfortunately there is no way to avoid a reset in this case.

    After the RESET, your problem is probably gone.

    Please try following steps depending on your operating system

    (Windows)

    (1) close adobe all processes in the Task Manager (Core sync services for the desktop application adobe, adobe office, broker CIB Adobe updater AAM service)

    2) navigate to the following locations and assign all permissions to the adobe folders to the current user.  (Right click on adobe folder select properties then click on the Security tab, click on edit and select current user, that you are connected to, select full control, click on apply and then ok)

    C: / / program data (to view hidden files to see this folder)

    C: / / program files 86 x files / common

    C: / / program files x 86.

    C: / / program files common files

    C: //program files.

    Go to c:/programdata/Adobe and oobe and rename it oobe.old

    Go to c: / / programfiles86x/common files/adobe/and rename the oobe oobe.old and aamupdator to ammupdator.old and delete the folder Adobe application manager

    Go to c: / / Users/username/appdata/local/adobe/rename in oobe to oobe.old and aamupdator.old aamupdator

    Go to Control Panel/Add or remove programs and uninstall cloud creative app

    Install app creative cloud from link according to https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud

    Run it and it should work.

    (MAC)

    (1) close adobe all processes in the activity monitor (cloud Creative), synchronization of the base, CC, ccx, services for the desktop application adobe, adobe office, CIB Adobe updater AAM Broker service

    2) navigate to the following locations and assign all permissions to the adobe folders to the current user. To navigate, click on go in the bar on then click goto... type/library/application support of / and then click OK.

    (3) to assign the authorization right click on adobe folder and click on Get info... A window will open. Then click on the lock symbol to allow editing. Then click on sign + to add your user name. Then change read only to read and write. Then click gear icon on the bottom and click on apply to the elements included and click ok... Go to the next step then.

    3) navigate to the location following support/adobe application and rename in oobe to oobe.old and aamupdator.old aamupdator.

    (4) place you ~/Library/application support/adobe/oobe and rename in oobe to oobe.old and aamupdator.old aamupdator.

    Cloud creative library and remove 5 open application).

    (6) open utility library of the application itself and delete Adobe application manager and creative cloud

    (7) install creative cloud from link according to https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud

    (8) launch cc app and it should work properly

    I tried for 2 weeks install creative cloud on my macbook pro and it won't work

    Whenever I open it and go to apps it says: "the installation of creative cloud no longer works."

    I followed all the instructions about uninstalling, cleaner running, remove the OOBE folder, checking every file on the disk permissions - nothing works

    I created a new admin account and installed on it and it works fine, but I can't move all my apps/documents etc... to a new account just to use photoshop/lightroom

    I tried to go to the live support, but after 40minutes, no one responded

    Can someone please?

    I see some comments about broken on adobe files and other permissions, but I don't see any resolution on the forums

    for users who find this on my ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe folder permissions were wrong - I think the upgrade to the mavericks

    The 'admin' user group have read & write for the creative cloud app permissions could not create folders and files he needed too

    Gave the "admin" group r + w access and everything works perfectly now

    OK, I have read many discussions on this topic and tried all the solutions given, but the option no longer works for me because I've updated both programs.

    Currently working on:

    Mac OSX 10.11.6

    CC 2015.6.1 the Photoshop Lightroom and Camera Raw 9.6

    Photoshop CC 2015.5.1

    Photos with Cloud backup external HARD disk

    Lightroom catalog on computer

    Backup catalog Lightroom in the clouds

    Lightroom preferences for editing in Photoshop:

    File format: PSD

    Color space: ProPhoto RGB

    Bit depth: 16 bits

    Resolution: 300

    Metadata settings: automatically write changes into XMP

    Tried:

    Uninstall/install the two programs with reboots and even with uninstallation of preferences.

    Uninstalled and installed creative cloud.

    deletion of com.adobe.Photoshop.plist

    TIFF, Jpeg, opening... gives no problem. I always get the possibility to decide to open original/copy with LR adjustments/copy without LR adjustments

    Open a DNG by LR in photoshop open Photoshop, however, is no longer opens the image and so I can't save as PSD thereafter.

    It's completely dead my workflow because all my pictures are stored as RAW/DNG files

    After a chat with Adobe Support all issues have been resolved:

    Apparently, when you use an external source for your photos, this is the case for me save space on my local drive and for security and backup reasons, once I had problems seems to happen.

    The solution is quite simple: unplug the external source, import a random picture to LR by using the import function 'Add', open it in Photoshop using "change in". It worked flawlessly and subsequently when you reconnect my main source for the photo I have, I could again open DNG files in photoshop using the function "change in" LR.

    It was a problem with InDesign to crash at launch on a Windows computer due to files MSVCR120.dll. below are the steps to solve the problem:

    1 reset the InDesign preferences (from records the and itinerant) please see: InDesign and locations of support Preferences

    2 download the repair MSVCR files from this link: Download Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2012 updated 4 of the official Microsoft Download Center

    3. download the first two files EXE (x 86 & x 64)

    4. run both of them one by one, choose the repair option.

    5 restart the computer after completing the execution of these two

    6. start InDesign and you should be good to go.
