Cloud creative and Indesign

Hi everyone, I did an adobe id, installed adobe creative cloud and then the trial version of indesign now, nothing works. The creative cloud says there is an error in the application window and I have to reinstall. InDesign does not, otherwise I have to accept the contract several times but I'm not more of this step. I also installed adobe Manager applications. I hope someone can help, I need. I had windows 10. Thank you very much.

    It 1st of I was using creative cloud and the Adobe Suite on my iMac fine. Today creative cloud is not loading - I see a white screen on the drop approx.

    When I go to open Photoshop, Illustrator or InDesign, I can't - I get the message

    "Adobe Application manager is needed to solve this problem. However, it is missing or damaged. Please download and install a new copy of the Application Manager adobe.com/go/application manager "."

    So I followed the link, then tells me:

    I can't reinstall creative cloud without uninstalling my version (which, according to my account, is the latest version, I think)

    I can't uninstall all Adobe products I get this message again when I try:

    I decided to try and install the Application Manager, even if I'm on a subscription to Adobe to see if that can help, but got this error message:

    I then follow the link provided to get Adobe Support Advisor and then informs me:

    Creative cloud works fine on my MacBook (same account).

    I have three questions:

    (a) what is happening and what I need to do?

    (b) all made this experience / what did you do to fix?

    (c) why this random happen? It is incredibly annoying, as is the case for no apparent reason.

    Please follow the steps below:

    Step 1: Open your Adobe Application Manager

    Second step: click your name - this should open a small drop down menu (I know its not very obvious, so here's a screenshot)

    Step 3: Click on Preferences

    You will directly go to languages... Select the desired language.

    If you have already downloaded the app, just restart - go to preferences or help (if edge animated example) and change the language.

    As you have a Plan purchased photograph, you can install and activate CC products on 2 computers with 1 Adobe ID (email), but can use only 1 computer at some point of time (not both at the same time).

    If you get a pop up like '' trial a expiré' ' while launching products, please click on "" software license"" below and on the next page sign in using your Adobe ID (email) and that will activate the products on your new computer.

  • Excerpt from cloud creative and plans of work in Photoshop

    I use Photoshop and from creative cloud to send assets and CSS for developers. After the upgrade to Photoshop CC 2015, the new feature of the artboard looked awesome. But when I go to open the file and create assets and CSS in extract CC, work plans appear as a single image. The individual layers in each work plan cannot bee seen, so no CSS or assets cannot be created. I'm doing something wrong? Or is this not yet supported feature?

  • Need a list of ports and servers accessible via cloud creative and application manager

    I'm not either of these work programs for our graphic designer and they work very well for her at home. The only difference is our corporate firewall. For the life of me I can't find a complete list of the ports and servers accessed by these programs and really need the information as soon as possible. I use a Fortigate unit and do not really have a lot of filtering on at all, and we're not blocking internal to external traffic somehow. There is really no reason why they should not work already, but a correct list of resources used would be a good start to help me solve problems.

  • Removed Captivate membership cloud creative - and is now presented as a separate subscription.  Not cool!

    It is not very pro... composition creative cloud used to be exhaustive.  Today, I came to realize (including Captivate) parts have been removed.  It's really not cool guys!

    What do you think has been removed? There is no change that I know.

    Captivate has never included in the plan of all Cloud applications that many people have requested that he be included.
