Paid, current subscription cloud creative but saying that I need to renew to use LR and Psalm
I have a current, paid subscription for creative cloud and the develop module is disabled on Lightroom and I can't even open Photoshop because Adobe Manager keeps popping up saying I need to connect and get a new subscription. I tried several times to signature and have renamed SLCache to SLCacheold depending on the other positions. No luck and it becomes frustrating.

It is best to do a clean reinstall.
Follow the procedure below:
N ° 1)
Click on the Finder and search options listed next to icon located Apple in the upper left of the screen and click on the "Go" menu button and select 'utilities '.
(Applications > Utiliites)
Look for a CC Adobe and Adobe Application Manager folder under utility window and trash both folders.
Step 2)
Trash Adobe Creative cloud folder from Applications as well.
Step 3)
(1) right-click on the icon in the Finder, then select the option "Go-ToFolder .
(2) you will get a text box, type in the following command and then press the 'return '. (Don't miss ~ symbol)
~/Library
(3) then navigate to Application Support > Adobe.
Open file Adobe and trash folders named AAMUpdater and OOBE.
Step 4)
(1) right-click on the icon in the Finder, then select 'Go - To' folder.
(2) you will get a text box, type in the following command and then press the 'return '.
/ Library
(3) then navigate to Application Support > Adobe.
Open file Adobe and trash folders named AAMUpdater ,Adobe Application Manager and OOBE.
Step 5)
Click on the link below and download & run the cleaning of Adobe tool:
Select the option "Adobe Application Manager for Mac OS X 10.6" and click on ""clean Selected " ."

Step 6)
(1) if it please click on the icon of the Apple menu and select System Preferences, then click Network.

I tried to update my copy of the creative cloud for a demonstration of Adobe Lightroom a few hours ago. When I did this, Creative Cloud started to be updated, but stopped at half way through. At this point, I could no longer charge creative cloud.I tried to uninstall and reinstall, which led the creative cloud in another installation corrupted. Using creative cloud | Uninstall the creative cloud desktop application
Temporarily disable the firewall.
Step 1:
Open the c: drive and navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86)------\Adobe " common files".
Open the Adobe folder and delete folders named Adobe Application Manager and OOBE.
Step 2:
Navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe.
Open Adobe file and if present the file to remove Adobe Creative Cloud . [* milestone]
Impossible to remove? Rename it to Adobe Creative Cloud centenarians.
Step 3:
Press Windows button (located between Ctrl and Alt buttons) with the key R together at once, you will get a command window.
Type below command and press the enter"" key.
AppData
Then go to the Local > Adobe.
Open the Adobe folder and delete folders named AAMUpdater and OOBE.
Step 4:
Make sure that Adobe Creative Cloud is not listed in the control panel > programs and features. list.
Step 5:
Click on the link below and download Adobe Application manager and install the same:

Once the installation is complete, look for the icon of Adobe Application Manager launch on desktop and double-click it.
It will start the update process.

Please quit Setup and then exit the creative application of cloud.
After that, restart the machine.

I downloaded cloud creative installation flie. It starts but after minute massage pop up: set-up creative cloud file is stopped.

As you mentioned that the installer of creative cloud is not replying to the questionnaire, please disable Antivirus, firewall computer temporarily and try again. If it still does not work, please download a fresh install and install from: Download Adobe Creative Cloud apps | Free trial Adobe Creative Cloud.
Just in case if it still does not work, please follow the troubleshooting steps shared here: error "Unable to install" received when installing Adobe Creative Cloud desktop App.
